This apartment is a 10 minute walk away from the Warm Mineral Spring Fountain Of Youth and 20 min driving to beautiful beaches, such as Manasota keys, Englewood, Venice and more.... 15 min driving to beautiful Wellen Park - Northport downtown with restaurants, unique shops .30 min to downtown Sarasota and famous Siesta Key beach.
It has a private oversize driveway in which all guests can park their cars. Unique front-yard and private backyard has beautiful trees, place where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
This two bedroom apartment has a large fancy bathroom with a shower and large tub. Unit is equipped with a fully functional and equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. There are two twin size beds, which can be put together. There is a dresser and closet in which guests can store their belongings. There is also Xfinity Wifi and cable to accommodate guests with all their entertainment needs. Large smart TV, which has Netflix, Amazon Prime and general channels.

House has a separate laundry room, equipped with linen and extra towels. In the backyard, you will have access to a hammock and yoga mats. Owners provide beach chairs, floating devices, fishing equipment and bikes. We are providing extra services if needed, such as pick up from airports, Yoga- morning classes and more..
