Our newest getaway spaces- newly renovated and furnished has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Located just a half block away from the ocean, the boardwalk and nightlife. In this beautiful apt you will find everything you need for a beach getaway. It has a fully stocked kitchenette, beautiful modern furnishings, a queen bed, twin trundle bed, and futon couch. Assigned parking space makes it easy to come and go.

Guests have access to entire apartment except for any locked doors marked "DesignedVR Staff'.

We offer a self check-in with keypad entry.

We are located approx 1/2 block from the heart of the Hollywood boardwalk. Short walking distance to Margaritaville night life and restaurants.

I have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in my Airbnb rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help me as A host by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. *Please note early check-in/late checkout fee is $15/ hr before or after designated check in/checkout times and only when possible.*

Overview

I ask that you treat my Home as if it were your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know.


I also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as I have a close relationship with my neighbors and do not want to cause any problems.


Parking

Please park your vehicle in the space marked with your booked unit number. Please display parking permit by hanging or placing on your dash. We only have 1 space for most of our units, so additional guests must find parking on the street (and pay the meter for it).**Please note.. any vehicle not displaying parking permit will be subject to towing at owner’s expense**


Locking Up

Remember to lock up when you leave and at night. This is for your safety! Although our rental is in a safe building. we take security very seriously. Please lock all doors and do not share access info with anyone.

Smoking
NO SMOKING!
The home is a non-smoking environment. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash after wetting the end. I appreciate your compliance! Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of damage deposit.

Trash Disposal
You will find trash bags under the sink in the kitchen. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash and put it in the trash bin on the side of the building on the first level. Please break down any large boxes so they fit comfortably in the can.

Please throw away all perishable goods from fridge or cabinets before leaving.

Dishes
Please wash dishes before checking out and place them on drying mat.

Extra Guests
Only authorized booked guests are allowed in the building and in the apt. I do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here or use the facilities.

Parties or Events
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in the building or the apt. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or building management.

Pets
Absolutely NO PETS. Any sign of pets on the premises will be an automatic forfeiture of your damage deposit


Broken Items

If for any reason you break an item during your stay, please let me know. I understand that accidents happen, but in order for me to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, I will need to know that it is broken. Any items found missing or broken without report will be replaced with your damage deposit at 150% cost price. I appreciate your honesty with this procedure.

-Please try not to leave chairs outside for long periods. Someone may take them as there is a lot of foot traffic on the street. -- once dry-bring them in!

If lost broken or stolen you will be charged 100$ for replacement.

TV
TV is Roku. We do not have cable. Each tv does have a lot of popular channels .and can be easily linked to your personal Netflix, amazon prime, or Hulu etc accounts.

A/C
It is necessary to leave in the AC at all times. Due to the intense humidity of Florida sea air, even in cooler weather a/c must run to avoid mold or mildew issues. You may adjust the temperature by using the remote control in the key holder by the door.

Please return remote for A/C to the key-holder basket on the wall when you leave!

Laundry
There is a laundry room located in the back of the building. It has 1 washer and 1 dryer and they are both coin operated.

Please let me know if there are any issues with the maintenance of the machines and i will try to solve any issues as quickly as possible.

Checking Out
Please check out of the Apt. by 11am. Checking out by this time ensures that I have enough time to clean the place and get it ready for our next guest. Let me know if this is going to be a problem so we can plan accordingly.

Please use the checkout checklist located in this binder. This can help greatly with the turnover procedure for our next guest.
**Please collect all personal belongings before checking out!* Check all drawers, cabinets, tabletops, washer/dryer, etc. We are not responsible for any items left behind.**

1. Check-in /Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24-hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 11:00 am checkout time.
All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.

2. Guest Interaction: We love to meet and greet all guests. However, in the event that this is not possible we also offer self-check-in with a door code. We have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present ID. Person traveling with guest will not be permitted on property before booking guest has arrived and is confirmed with ID.

3. Guest Access - All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.

4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in the listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

5. Unauthorized Guests - Although we do not mind if you invite a friend or 2 over to visit, please do not have extra unauthorized guests stay the night or for extended periods of time. We do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental. All overnight guests must be listed with the booking and any guests over 10 people limit incur a 50$ per night charge.

The living room sofabed is not was not what was in the listing. They need to update photo of living room to show current sofabed. They should not advertise the current sofa as a bed as it is tiny, very uncomfortable and will not fit an adult. Our first night our child who was on the living room sofa couldn't sleep because the sheets they left were dirty and had hair/crumbs in it. The living room rug was dirty, wet, and smelly. Thankfully they came right away the following morning to give us clean sheets and remove the rug. The people who came they following morning were nice and apologetic. They don't have a broom, vacuum or mop so it was hard to clean any floor mess. If you are able to fit your party into the bedrooms and not have to stay in the living room, then it's a decent property. No dishwasher was inconvenient and meant that some of the utensils were dirty because hard to get the grease out. Sheets are more polyester than cotton Unit wasn't too noisy considering its in a busy location Loved the location...walking to so many things and parking was awesome since we had a car Good air conditioning as there were 3 units for the whole place Check out GG's happy hour down the street - that was our favorite place locally during our stay here

The futon/pull out couch was Terribly uncomfortable! Was broken in the middle. We had an issue with sone parking in our spot, but had others to choose from. Everything else was great. Would stay again

This unit is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and sleeps 4-5 guests. Just steps away from beautiful Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. We supply all bed linens, bath towels, and 4 beach towels. We also supply starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We can supply children's items such as pack n play and high chair upon request.
