We contacted the cable company and they advised that to troubleshoot the issues, we have to be at the home. We communicated with you on the instructions to call the cable company to troubleshoot it and you stated you planned to contact them later that day. Following our conversation, we didn't receive any follow-up from you. - We value the cleanliness of our home and our cleaners professionally service and prepare it for guest use. As the home is a cabin located in the woods, bugs can be prevalent in the area. - Communication is highly important to us and we maintain consistent availability. We were never notified about any bug issues while you were at home. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local guest contact would have been happy to help. We work hard to carefully prepare our home and we truly go above and beyond. We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

As mentioned in our listing, we have a microwave/convection oven to provide guests with additional cooking options. When you reported the problem, we advised you to check the breaker. We have now purchased a new microwave to ensure the convenience of our future guests. - Tryon is located 9.1 miles from Millspring, NC, and has many restaurants for our guests to enjoy.- Regarding the path lights, they are working as intended. We have photo documentation demonstrating their functionality.Once again, thank you for your valuable review. Your feedback helps us improve and provide our guests the best possible experience.

Lorilei, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. - We have instructed the cleaning crew to leave the AC running if a guest is checking in immediately, we're sorry that this didn't happen and it was hot. - I apologize I was not trying to be rude, I just wanted to get you taken care of. We do have instructions on how to turn on the mini-split system and expressed my appreciation that you got it figured out since it does cost a minimum of $75.00 for a service call. - I work full time and it is not always feasible for me to pick up the phone whenever it rings, I do apologize but I did respond within the hour. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.
