The first few days were great. Monday came and construction started right outside the back deck. It was very loud starting at 7am. If I had known that I would have picked a different property. I do beach front so I can enjoy the morning sitting out there watching the ocean in peace. The pool did not stay at temp. And the lights didn’t work. The last 2 days we had a Major issue with bugs on every floor. They were on all the walls, in my kids suitcase and some were found in the bed. We are still waiting for a resolution for this. I will say it’s a great location and the house itself was great without all the other issues.

Wonderful location; beautiful views; outstanding home

Just spent the 4th at Grayton Beach at “All Decked Out” with my 4 sons, my mom (who was celebrating her birthday), my sister and my brother and his family. We loved waking up and enjoying coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean, days at the beach and pool, and dinners at the Red Bar. House is beautiful - elevator great for older guest - with a perfect location. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at All Decked Out. There were 11 adults and 6 children ages 1 month to 9 years. The accommodations were perfect but wish the living area was not over the master. Our children had a pirate treasure hunt and found the buried treasure.

Perfect

As a family of 10 with ages 3-64 this house was perfect. The bedrooms were separated so each family had their own space. The elevator was great for those who couldn’t do the stairs easily and for getting luggage upstairs. Only a short flat walk to beach and close to restaurants. Hope with 360 Blue was so helpful with all our questions and requests. Would love to stay here again!

Fun family getaway in Grayton Beach

The house itself and the location were great along with the parking and the extras like the bikes, golf cart and especially the pool. The views from the different decks were beautiful. We love eating at the Red Bar so it was so nice just to walk over there and eat. It is a little tight to the houses across the street and it was a little difficult to maneuver getting into our property at times because of the piles of cars staying across the way. Also the beach access next to the property gets a lot more public traffic than we expected so there is not a lot of privacy at times. We noticed that the refrigerator and dishwasher need some repairing and some of the TVs didn’t work. However it is a wonderful place and the beach there is so beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

A+++ for ALL DECKED OUT

ALL DECKED OUT was the perfect home for our family. With 2 babies under 2 years old, the connecting rooms were perfect. Mom and Dad in one room with baby next door in the cribs we rented. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spotless. Living areas had everything we needed to get by for the week. The only negative comment I have is the flooring on the main living/dining area. It really could use a good scrubbing…especially the dining area. Also, the dryers take FOREVER to dry a load of clothes. Otherwise, it was the perfect house, perfect location and excellent communication with the rental agency. We are already booked in for next year!

August 2017 Stay

The house was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The views were amazing and the beds were comfy! We had a great time with amazing family and friends! The pool worked perfectly and I lived the back door pool alarms as there were many small children with us. Some minor drawbacks were the living area being over bedrooms (though the view was amazing), sand in many of the beds upon arrival(we had to wash them) as well as some areas needing a bit more cleaning (especially under beds). The couch and dining cushions could use a cleaning also and the wifi was not sufficient enough for the house size. Should note that the outdoor television was not working and the cornhole boards were broken. Overall, the house was well worth the cost as it provided a beautiful place for family and friends to gather to spend a week of carefree beach time!!!

August 2017 Stay

"All Decked Out" is a fantastic beach escape. The house is beautifully decorated and large enough to fit our family of 17 comfortably. Every room and washroom is luxuriously appointed - even the kids bunk room has their own duvets and down pillows, and every room their own television and washroom. The views are stunning, especially from the top floor where our family congregated for every meal - even when you are not at the beach you feel as though you are. The game room was a nice touch with a pool table and arcade that has hundreds of classic arcade games. The swimming pool was great for late night swims as it was heated and lit. The walk to the beach is not too far and is right on the path that takes you directly to the beach. Additionally, the house is situated in an area with restaurants and bars within walking distance but there was never any noise pollution at all as the house is tucked in a small, quiet street. There are also bikes provided which I would recommend for rides out to the nearby gorgeous

Amazing location & property. Had some minor issues that were addressed right away. House was perfect, pool was perfect, highly recommend. I so add some hooks to bathrooms as there wasn’t really a place to hang wet suits. Would rent again.

The Property is beautiful and fit the description online. The long walk to the beach and the fact it is a beach where cars can drive on it wasn't made clear in the description of this property. There were so many locals there in their vehicles that we were very uncomfortable. We were made to feel like "outsiders!" It's sad the property is so beautiful, but shares a beach with cars, trucks, etc. we will not return to this property.

What a wonderful place to stay during the quarantine - while we were not able to go on the beach we enjoyed beautiful ocean views, walks, bike rides and all our days in the pool. We stayed with another family and had 10 in our group. "All Deck Out" was a great place in a great location and we had a great experience with 360 Blue.

February 2020 Stay

Disappointed in this beautiful property with a view second to none. We were notified that the pool heat was out 2 hours before arrival. This seems a lack of planning to me. They did get it fixed the next day but then it only worked for 2 nights before going cold again. We were offered a refund on the heat. We have yet to receive this 6 days later. The stove has a problem and only some of the burners work. The 3rd floor soaking tub has a leak that took most of our towels to mop up. The dryer on the 2nd floor has no heat. Maintenance was quick to arrive but were unable to fix most problems. They were able to fix the broken elevator and clean the pool. We rented for the pool and group gatherings. I would recommend 60 Hotz next door if you plan to host a group as this rental fell far short.

We are so sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. We do our best to correct every issue that is reported by our guests during their stay however, some situations do require third party vendors to step in. We do our best to catch any and all problems before our guests' check-in however things do happen during your stay that we are unable to prevent. We do hope you are able to come down to the beach again!

November 2019 Stay

Most amazing house we have stayed in on 30A. With a large group over Thanksgiving that cooks we had a struggle with one refrigerator. A second one somewhere would have been nice. It probably wouldn’t matter to those who eat out every night but with 12 people we couldn’t. The access to the beach, the pool and spa, the beautiful decor, our family was so impressed. We will definitely book it again for another Thanksgiving.

October 2019 Stay

We had 13 in our group (ages 86-2 1/2) and this was a great space for us! The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and we loved the pool and location. We had a couple of people that were either older or had bad knees so the elevator was a bonus. We had a few things that needed to be looked at when we got there but they were addressed quickly! Overall a great house!!!

April 2019 Stay

I rented this house with 10 college friends to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We could not have enjoyed it more. The house was perfect and location could not be beat. The Gulf views were spectacular. The pictures are all realistic and give an accurate depiction of the house. I was also very impressed with the level of service from 360Blue. They were always attentive, polite, and responded quickly to any requests before and during the trip. I would only ever rent from them in the 30a or Destin area.

Great location and beautiful views. Had some issues that the jacuzzi and oven were broken when we arrived but they sent someone over to fix them very quickly so we could still have a Thanksgiving dinner. Needs some board games for a rainy day but enjoyed the arcade game which is packed with lots of classics.

August 2017 Stay

All Decked Out was great!! We were a group of 11 adults. The house was beautifully decorated It was so large and spacious that each person had their own space. The views were spectacular. The pool and game room were both awesome, we spent most of the time there. The beach was a short walk. We had a few issues with the elevator and wifi but each were repaired quickly. Everything was clean and well maintained. The home was perfect for our group. Would highly recommend.
