Genießen Sie den Sonnenuntergang, während Sie auf dem Deck über dem Strand sitzen. Dies ist ein einzigartiger Teil der Welt mit Häusern direkt am Sand. Herrliche Aussicht über die Bucht!

Die Bucht ist ein sicherer Ort zum Schwimmen und im Sommer fahren die Yachten von Sydney nach Hobart vor Ihrem Balkon vorbei!

Strand.

Es gibt viele Wanderwege und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft 150 m vom Tor entfernt. Angeln direkt am Strand oder am 100 m entfernten Pier. Es gibt 2 Wohnbereiche und 2 Außenbereiche mit Tischen zum Essen. 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Fernseher und das andere mit einem Queensize- und einem Doppelbett.

Die Gäste werden das Strandhaus mit Stufen direkt zum Strand genießen. Es gibt ein Café und RSL in South Arm mit einem 9-Loch-Golfplatz.

Es gibt eine tägliche Busverbindung und eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor unserem Tor.

We had stayed previously at this accommodation and it’s superb. A few minutes drive to Sth Arm and u have access to several excellent places for food and coffee. The RSL meals including its Asian night is first rate and the you have Mo’s place for more food options and coffee. The local store also has wonderful food options. Sonya is a first class host and we will be back again very soon because we would not stay anywhere else.

This property was absolutely superb. We have stayed at others in the same area and they were very good but this place is the absolute ultimate. The weather wasn’t kind but it didn’t matter because the outlook across the river was awesome. We have already booked a return trip and can’t wait to return.

Amazing View and Beautiful Property

Arriving at our property we were immediately impressed and so happy to be there. The property can not be any closer to the beach, the property was well equipped, cute and perfect for our needs and the views second to none. So so happy to have stayed and will be back again.

Just perfect

Had a girls weekend away during a spell of hot weather. The house is right on the beach with lounge, bedroom and deck all looking right at the water. It’s a beautiful location and the house is clean with a relaxed vibe and everything you need. Highly recommend!

Fantastic

A bright and airy house situated in a beautiful location. The house had everything we needed, including comfy beds and a lovely hot shower. Sitting on the deck is pretty great. Easy to find, close to Hobart. Situated literally footsteps from a clean and relatively quiet beach. Clear water, great view across the river. Thoroughly recommend this house for a calming break.

Great Location Missing a few things

Stunning views lovely relaxing property couldn't ask for better location However there is no information book to advise things to do in the area information on local restaurant / cafes or how to work the coffee machine we couldn't get it to work. We arrived at dark and the steps down to the house are steep would have been nice if the sensor lighting was left on. Arriving late there was no milk which would have been nice to make a coffee. Only one towel per person and to find nice droppings on the lounge and kitchen bench top was very disappointing.

Hi Kerry, Thank you for your feedback as we take everything on board so each guest enjoys their stay. We do have a information booklet in the 2nd lounge but I will move it to a more prominent location. Our sensor light has been playing up and we have asked the electrician to look at it. We use to leave milk in the fridge but feedback from other guests were that they prefer to buy their own due to covid issues. There has been a lot of problems with mice in the area lately but we have put in place actions to hopefully fix this. The house is getting renovated in 2 weeks with a new kitchen and bathroom so are looking forward to showcasing the new look!

Was not right time for whales but I was lucky to have a skate come to the shallows that was a personal highlight. The children loved the beach paddling snorkling and building while mum cooked up warm meals in the new kitchen. We felt like we may of been the first users of the new kitchen. The weather picked up a bit of a storm so the wifi got a work out 3 TVs 4 laptops 3 phones 2 ipads all got a go. No shortage of charge points with usb ports in the lounge. When the sun came out breakfast lunch and dinner on the deck. The fishing seemed to be good for the birds at one point a gull got a big fish to big for it to fly with and it dropped back in the water. Im not the fittest person in the world but I unloaded 4 sets of luggage plus more down the stairs and back up again when leaving. Worth it. Stay again. For sure. Regards, The Carley Family

Right on the beach!

We loved our stay so much we immediately booked another one. It was the perfect place for us. It is a short, scenic drive from Hobart, but the village has a friendly, beach feel. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the beach with beautiful views across to Blackman's Bay. The cottage is right on the beach, just walk down a flight of stairs and you are there. There is a covered outdoor dining table for long lunches so you can be shaded from the hot sun, and a dark rear room, which is perfect if you are recovering from too much sun. But the best part for me was lying on the couch after a swim and watching the sea glitter below. The only downside is that the floor is at a slight angle in the back rooms, but you can always imagine you are on a ship. This is a lovely beach shack in the perfect location. Five out of five, would stay again.
