Such a beautiful house filled with so much history, Allan and his wife were amazing hosts, even supplying us with a speaker to play our music, Local produce were supplied for our breakfast just superb. Great location with shopping and walks close by, I will definitely be recommending it.

This is a beautiful and well kept property in a lovely setting and location.However we were not informed the hosts lived underneath the property itself, and they entered the house twice without prior arrangement. This created a sense that we had not rented a private residence for the special weekend of the wedding, and it was slightly unnerving feeling our privacy was not what we had arranged for.

Hello Lisa Thanks for your review. The Falls is a professional 24 guest facility with the Manor House and six rainforest cottages. We are not a casual property with no service. We check guests in personally and introduce them to the property. Thanks for your positive feedback on the facilities. We provide breakfasts. We offer advice on attractions and restaurants and provide a complimentary booking service. We assist with guest parking which becomes important with wedding providers coming onsite. We totally respect our guest privacy and would never enter without knocking. We only seek to talk with guests in order to either provide a requested service or to enquire as to any guest needs such as firewood replenishment or the re-supply of breakfast provisions or fresh towels. We did this twice during your stay and - as in all cases - we then kept a respectful distance and stayed totally out of your way so as not to disturb you. Respect for our guests is absolutely evident in over 1500 reviews we have on the major platforms. It is our most critical consideration. We wish you good day. Best regards. Alan and Aryna

This house was magnificent. Everything we needed was there. Breakfast supplies were fresh and beautifully presented. My family were all able to be together and enjoy each other's company yet have the privacy of their own bedroom and bathroom.

We had an amazing stay with a group of 10 friends. The place was spacious, very clean, and a perfect set up for a large group. Friends Forever

We are a group of 6 friends who meet up once a year for a weekend away. This has been our best stay so far. The beautiful old house is impeccably furnished, immaculately clean, close to Montville, the Kondilla Falls and surrounding areas. We ate out at 2 fabulous restaurants close by and the fridge and pantry were stocked with delicous local produce for our breakfasts. The owners even dropped off warm pastries in the morning. We highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

Wedding time with Family

The beautiful house was set amongst the trees with immaculate gardens. We were a large family and the house accommodated us all with each having our own space as well as the opportunity to come together in very large kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The house was perfect for some lovely family photos. With the hosts living downstairs, we felt like we were being well looked after. It was a busy weekend, but the location and the accommodation created a peaceful and calm environment to enjoy a beautiful wedding.

Nurses reunion

We were welcomed on arrival, by our host, Alan and shown around our accommodation. We had a fridge filled with wonderful fresh fruits, locally sourced yoghurts and dairy products. Delicious museli in the pantry, bacon and eggs, bread, and my favorite, a coffee pod machine and selection of teas to chose from. Spoilt!! The bedrooms were lovely, individual and very comfortable. Alan and Anya had the accommodation beautifully decorated and Alan was good enough to explain and answer questions about the antiques and artworks. Each morning Alan would bring fresh warm croissants and patisseries for us to enjoy, home made angel biscuits, and he checked with us to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a BBQ one night, and enjoyed the sunset on the deck another. Could not recommend this beautiful home and perfect hosts highly enough. 5 stars are an understatement!!!

Exceptional experience

I stayed at this beautiful home with 5 friends and we absolutely loved it!! The gardens were gorgeous, peaceful and beautifully maintained. It is very spacious, clean, and roomy. We all had our own bedroom and ensuite which we loved. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms all had their own personality. We were very spoilt with breakfast daily as we were given fresh breads, milk, juice, eggs, bacon, yoghurts, fruits and pastries!! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay a home away from home. We all agreed that we would come back for our next getaway!!! Thank you for a superb and memorable long weekend, we are really grateful for the experience. :)

Wonderful spot for friend group getaway

5 couples escaped the city for a weekend away before Christmas. This property was absolutely perfect with all queen beds with ensuites. Plenty of communal space to lounge and read, play games and cook together. Early morning walks to kindalilla falls for a swim was a treat. We will definitely be back for another group getaway. Thank you so much for your hospitality and delicious breakfast supplies.

Excellent Family Getaway

This beautiful house was perfect for our family celebration with bonus fun activities and sumptuous breakfasts. We felt really welcomed by friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Family get together!

There were 11 of us and not one of us wanted it to end. The House,it's furnishings,history, position, floor plan and all bedrooms had an ensuite. The family kitchen was very well equipped and we all cooked together it was better than we could have imagined. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!!!!!!!! Beautiful house and location

We only stayed here for one night but it was a magical place. Beautiful old house, with an amazing country surrounding. Really great service and beautiful local breakfast as well.
