Friedlich in einer engen Sackgasse gelegen, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, ist dieses prächtige, 300 m² große Architektenhaus mit Meerblick gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Die kürzlich renovierte Küche ist zentral gelegen und fließt in großzügige Innen- und Außenwohnräume. Weitläufige, überdachte, möblierte Terrasse mit Grill und Blick auf den Infinity-Pool, 5 großzügige Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer, 3 mit eigenem Bad mit Meer- oder Gartenblick und Doppelcarport zum Parken. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer hinten klimatisiert, Deckenventilatoren im gesamten Gebäude.

Nächste Ebene: Hauptwohnraum mit offenem Schnitt; Küche, Esszimmer, Wintergarten, der sich zu einer überdachten, möblierten Terrasse mit Pool mit Nasskante und einer zweiten Terrasse mit Grill öffnet. Great place for a family holiday

This was a lovely property. Loads of space for all family members, a lovely feel. It was a little further from the beach than we anticipated, but overall a wonderful holiday and we would stay there again.

Perfect family beach house

Beautifully appointed home with many different levels and living areas. The deck and pool area have a fantastic view towards the beach. The whole family was happy including our four legged family member! The northern end of Sunshine beach has a great dog off leash area.

Great property for family stays

Travelled with 3 generations of family and the property was perfect. Seperate spaces to getaway to and a big central living/dining/outdoor space to enjoy together. Quiet neighbourhood with everything you need close by. We all enjoyed 10 days of bliss

Loved our family holiday with extended family . Easy living , great location out of the chaos but close enough if we wanted. Would go back tomorrow if rooms get curtains . Just a little too bright to sleep in 😋

Love Love Loved this property! First impressions were amazing. Beautifully presented and lots of extras details that you can’t help but love. Beds were sooooo comfy. We all had such a wonderful week. Just a short stroll over the Sunrise beach... and then along to Sunshine Beach! Magic!

Modern and immaculate accommodation

Our family of 10 very much enjoyed staying at this modern and immaculate accommodation. The facilities on offer were comprehensive and provided everything we could need to make our stay relaxed and enjoyable. Although we were not within walking distance of Hastings Street beach, that was our choice as we had a vehicle to make commuting easy enough and we would highly recommend Sunrise Beach

Our stay at the deck was great. Plenty of room for everybody and super clean.

We loved our stay at the deck. It was for a special occasion celebrating mums birthday! Nice and big to fit us all comfortably. The linen on all beds were lovely and enjoyed the styling of the house! We did run out of gas which was abit tricky! But overall a wonderful stay for us! Thankyou!

Perfect for families who want to enjoy Noosa without the crowds

We were a family of 5 plus 2 grandparents and the layout of the house was perfect for comfort plus some “separaration”. The open plan kitchen through dining and living room was very social and inclusive and well appointed. The kids give the pool a thumbs up and enjoyed feeling sophisticated in “their” infinity pool. Thanks for a terrific holiday. We’d love to come back.

Beautiful house and a very relaxing stay. Kids loved having ensuites and big beds

As above, plus great ammenities and privacy. Only negative was the clear glass in the upstairs master bedroom ensuite. The neighbours could see us using the toilet and shower.

Stunning house in a quiet location

Beautiful house set in a quiet culdesac. The house had everything we needed and the little touches, like beach towels, tea & coffee etc. made it easier to relax. Everything was also clean & tidy upon arrival. We had 3 couples and one toddler in our group and really felt like we had our own space and privacy the entire stay. As already mentioned, be mindful of the stairs and young children. We would highly recommend staying in this well set out, peaceful house.

Beautiful home in a great location

This house suited our group travelling to Noosa with plenty of space, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, the staff we so professional and helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this house to larger groups, just those of you with small children be mindful of the stairs.

Fantastic place to stay. Lots of room for the family to spread out and enjoy the brilliant Sunshine Coast weather. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Well positioned, a great place!

We loved our stay at On The Deck. The house was beautifully presented with thoughtful touches such as loads of beach towels for use. Our three kids ranging in age from 6 to 12 years loved the pool, and our 1 year old puppy adored the fenced backyard. We were spoilt for choice with 4 bathrooms and loads of bedrooms but nothing surpassed the enormous master suite with lovely views out to the ocean. The house was about a 20 minute walk away to a dog friendly cafe near the beach, which served up great coffee. We will be back!

Perfect for Families

We recently stayed 5 nights at on the deck and it was lovely - there was 7 of us in total and a baby so the place was perfect, plenty of room for each couple to have their own space plus 4 bathrooms! A short drive to Noosa and sunrise beach.. we will be back!

Coastal Retreat!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in late October and had a delightful time. The house is fabulous and has so much space. Easy walk to beach and close to other sunshine coast activities. Loved the pool deck and kicking back. We took our dog who had a ball around the house and deck and chasing those bush turkeys out back. Highly recommended.
