Excellent place and location. Waterpark is great for kids of all ages. Really was a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook. Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

The location was great even though not on the beach, it was only 2 blocks away, beach and IRB area in general was not as busy like public beach points, no headache to try and find public parking, several restaurants within walking distance, easy drive to Clearwater or St Petersburg’s attractions, access to pool and Waterpark when tired of the beach sun. Easy checkin and checkout process. Room had everything we needed including beach toys and towels.

This is our third time staying at this property but first time staying in this unit. Everything was clean and as described. We love the water park and quick walk to the beach. Only concern was some of the beach equipment (umbrella) was old and bent but it was all free to use so I can’t complain. We loved watching the boats come in and out everyday and happy to have a table to eat outside along with a nice sitting area. Plenty of dishes and beach towels as well.

This was the second timing staying in this building and we love it. Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the view from the balcony. We sat out there a lot. The grandkids loved the waterpark. Checking in was easy.

We just returned from a long weekend family trip, and we had a fantastic stay. This property in Indian Rocks Beach is beautiful and truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, the entire stay was relaxing and stress-free.The first thing we noticed was how spotless and organized everything was. It’s clear the owners take great pride in maintaining the property, as all the details were completely covered. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living spaces were comfortable for the whole family, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips.The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet incredibly convenient to the beach and local spots. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy, thanks to the very clear instructions provided before we arrived."Thank you Debbie, for being our point of contact". She was highly professional, diligent, and consistently communicative. She made sure we had all the information we needed, which gave us great peace of mind.Let' not forget the major highlight of our experience: the waterpark, pool and bar area. It was the perfect spot to spend the afternoon, offering plenty of fun for the kids while the adults could unwind with a drink. Having that kind of resort-style amenity right there added so much value to our weekend.. Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay with extended family at this property. The water park was a nice bonus for the grandkids who stayed in a second condo. Not too far from the beach and nice restaurants within walking distance.

Weekend Getaway

This was a perfect weekend getaway with my son, very clean and relaxing. Was able to walk to the beach, drive to johns pass and a short trip to busch gardens. Was the perfect location.

We had a great stay at this condo. It's walking distance to many great restaurants and beach access. We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Being on third floor allows easy access up the stairs from parking garage. The unit was well stocked with cookware and utensils allowing us to make most of our meals. Kids loved the water slides and laxy river and adults loved the attached bar for drinks and snacks. We would definitely stay here again.
