Das Nedlands Beach House ist ein neu renoviertes Haus, das Sie nicht mehr verlassen möchten.

Dieses gut prĂ€sentierte Haus ist sauber, komfortabel und sehr entspannend. Es ist ein wunderbarer Zufluchtsort fĂŒr Familien oder Paare und kinder- und haustierfreundlich. Offene Lounge, KĂŒche und Essbereich mit Blick auf große Terrasse mit Grill. Das Wohnzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Flachbild-TV, einen Blue Ray / DVD-Player und eine iPod-Dockingstation. Esstische drinnen und draußen bieten Platz fĂŒr 8 Personen. KĂŒrzlich ersetzter Teppich Dezember 2015. Alle Zimmer sind hell und bieten Gartenblick.

Ideal fĂŒr Familien oder Paare. Schlafmöglichkeiten fĂŒr insgesamt bis zu 7 Personen. Split-System Klimaanlage und Heizung sowie Coonarra Verbrennungsheizung. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer haben eigene Umluftheizungen und Standventilatoren. Gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. WĂ€sche hat neue Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Sicher eingezĂ€untes GrundstĂŒck mit Parkplatz abseits der Straße.

Zum Anglesea Golf Clubhouse sind es 200 m, zum Fluss 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder zum Strand 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Viele einheimische Vögel im Hinterhof und KĂ€ngurus am Ende der Straße. Haustiere werden auf Antrag berĂŒcksichtigt. Ein spĂ€ter Check-out kann angefordert werden (falls verfĂŒgbar).

I can thoroughly recommend this property. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. It has lots of great amenities and is well kitted out with everything that you need. Great decking and barbecue facility and beautiful garden. It was the perfect place for my family to relax. We had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Getaway, Queen's Birthday Weekend, 2019

I highly recommend this property to ensure you have a wonderful time in Anglesea. This property is the perfect home to relax and unwind. The home is beautifully renovated, clean and comfortable, and provides everything you might need. The garden is beautiful, the decking is perfect with a lovely garden for our little dogs to wander, the warmth of the fireplace created a cosy and relaxing Saturday night, the mattresses were all very comfortable, and the location was great. We walked to the Golf Club for dinner, and walked every morning to see the many kangaroos on the Golf Course. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay, awesome hosts

We booked this house for Easter 2020 but had to cancel due to Covid-19. Karen communicated really well about our situation and willingly and quickly refunded our money so when I saw the house was available this Easter I knew it was meant to be!The house was perfect for our party of six and small dog! It had everything you could need plus more...kitchen was well equipped, board games were a hit, the DVD's were well utilised and the yard was secure for our pet. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Lovely stay at Nedlands

I felt very at home in this property, it was the perfect place to stay to enjoy all that Anglesea has to offer and to spend time with friends. The property was clean and comfortable and Karen was available and helpful during my stay. My dog also enjoyed her holiday. Thank you Karen.

Great pet friendly beach house

This house has all that you need for a beach holiday especially when you want to take your fury friend with you ! Great location, clean, comfortable beds and great outside deck for relaxing in the sun. Can’t wait to stay again.

Relaxing Family Beach House

Getaway at Nedlands

A lovely beach house with an instantly warm and welcoming feeling as you enter. We enjoyed our stay at Anglesea and on the days when the weather wasn't so kind we felt perfectly comfortable and relaxed with a coffee in hand, playing games provided and catching up on reading on extraordinarily comfortable couches! Not to mention the peaceful sounds of the beautiful bird life just outside the window.. Karen is a wonderful and quick to respond communicator, thinking of everything we might need. Highly recommend a stay at Nedlands!

Everything you could ask for and a little bit more

From the moment we drove through the gate we relaxed. The house is beautifully laid out. So clean and welcoming. Our dog loved snuffling around the fenced yard. The heating warmed the whole house up quickly until we could get the log fire going. Board games, tea coffee and basic pantry items supplied. Comfy beds ... couldn’t ask for more. Thank you SO much

Great holiday house

We loved our few days staying at Nedlands Beach House, we just wished we had longet to enjoy this immaculately presented house it had everything we needed from a well equipped kitchen to a well stocked collection of DVDs and board games and a great indoor fire place. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the egg chairs. The house is a short drive to beach, shops and restaurants and even closer to the Golf Club where we enjoyed a great dinner at the Bistro. Thank you Karen and Dean.

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nedlands. The house was immaculate on arrival with beautiful high quality furniture throughout the entire house. There is an abundance of kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, bowls, serving platters etc throughout, making it perfect for entertaining out on the gorgeous deck (where we spent a lot of time!). Our little cavoodle especially loved exploring the front and back garden - both of which are secure for dogs, whilst my daughter loved chilling out in the egg chairs after mornings spent boogie boarding down the beach. Hubby enjoyed the proximity to the golf course (literally across the road) which is also handy for dinners out. The whole family (including the dog) also enjoyed the walk recommended by Karen to take you into town. All in all a great house. We will be back! Thanks Karen.

Gorgeous house

Relaxing Weekend

This was our second stay at Nedlands Beach House, was very clean and noticed some updated furniture which was very nice and also WiFi - which was great. The house has a nice vibe and is easy walking distance to shops. We also were able to bring our two fur babies which we really appreciate and love the dog beach.

Loved it

As others have said, a very comfortable, very clean, very relaxing house set in pretty gardens and with quality, comfortable furnishings, including beautiful beds and pillows. Just bring plenty of Aldi pods for coffee machine as there is no nearby Aldi. Not a huge house but well designed and easily coped with the times we had five adults and two little ones. Wanted to stay longer.

Lovely house - photo's don't do it justice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nedlands. So close to the golf course (which the guys loved) and still only short walk down to the main beach. The house is well set up with everything you'll need as a home away from home. The photos don't really do it justice. Beds were all extremely comfortable too. Will definitely be back in future.

Great Vibe!

We recently enjoyed a stay in this lovely home. Right from when we walked in the front door we felt relaxed and the place had a lovely, relaxed, welcoming vibe about it. It had everything we wanted and needed and more! Lovely furnishings and bedding and we made great use of the sunny decking. Karen was so easy to deal with and very obliging. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return!

Very comfortable property

We recently stayed at Nedlands with 2 kids and 2 dogs. The house is very clean and very comfortable. Karen and Dean obviously take great pride in the property by providing quality furnishings and bedding throughout. The house is in a great location right near the golf course and about a 3-5 minute drive to the beach and shops. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect

Very clean , extremely comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. The egg chairs on the deck are a highlight for reading a book or enjoying a beer or wine. Parrots will join you for breakfast on the deck if you share your apple with them. Only a minute from golf. The property gave us a great vibe and i couldn't recommend it more highly. We thought it was perfect.

This is a must stay for a family.

The house is just a fabulous place that has everything, the decor has real class and there is nothing missing that you would have at home, even a needle and thread, the house has been meticulously appointed. It's location is perfect for golf and the beach and lovely walks in the morning and evening.

Sensational House
