The Space:
A well presented weatherboard home with two bedrooms downstairs and a large mezzanine loft upstairs as the 3rd bedroom complimented by 2 bathrooms. This is perfect for a large family or 2 small families looking to enjoy a beach holiday together. Airconditioning upstairs in the loft and a slow combustion fireplace located downstairs, ensuring year round comfort. A spacious kitchen and open plan living and dining all downstairs. It also has a lovely feel to it being located on the edge of the National Park. There's plenty of games and DVDs for the kids to enjoy as well as plenty of space to run around outside. There is a single carport and enclosed rear yard.

++Please note that the linen is not provided. There are doonas and pillows but all other linen is BYO included towels, there is a hire option available via the agency if you wish.
+++Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay. Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
