Dear guests, my name is Viktorija and I am the owner of Viktorija Apartments. Long time ago my late father began construction of the apartments. In 2007, together with my mother, I continued my fatherâs vision and completed the project, what you see today as Viktorija Apartments. Since then, I have been successfully taking care of family apartment rental business. I do my best to keep up with the trends and needs of our guests, in order to maintain a tradition of our brand name. Besides the rental business, I have worked at different tourist agencies up until 2017. Currently, I am an independent tourism consultant. Before getting into the rental business, I played professional basketball. Currently, I practice recreational fitness. I enjoy spending time in nature by going for long walks, hiking, cycling etc. Traveling is my passion. So far I have set my foot on four different continents visiting 24 different counties. My belief is that everyone should reward themselves with some sort of leisure in order to be more productive in future endeavors. This being said, my goal as the owner of Viktorija Apartments is that every guest leaves our place with positive impressions.

Being centrally located on Montenegro coastline, Buljarica is very sought after town for all kinds of tourists: from those who want to visit different beaches, cities, national parks, monasteries, museums, to those who prefer enjoying activities in the surrounding nature.
We offer 5 accommodation units with a total of 17 beds. All units are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi internet. Guest are welcome to use the barbecue located in the yard. Parking spot is included with all accommodation units. We thrive on customer satisfaction and are willing to do everything in our power to meet our guestsâ needs.

Buljarica is a small and quiet place, considered underdeveloped when taken into consideration its population over the land area. Buljarica has the longest beach, 2300 meters, in Budvaâs Riviera. Therefore, it is an ideal vacation spot for those who love nature and a long stretch of beaches.
The beach is partially sandy, partially rocky (small rocks). Beach chairs and parasols can be rented on parts of the beach, while majority of the beach is free of charge to use and there is always empty spots to put your beach gear. Furthest to the left is unofficial nudist part of the beach. There are many activities to choose from at the beach: paddle boating, seadoos, boat excursions, and private boat rides.
During the summer season in Buljarica, there are two markets of mixed goods, few restaurants and beach bars. Additionally, there is a supermarket about 2km from Buljarica in town called Petrovac. Also in Petrovac you will find farmers market where besides fruits and vegetables you will find homemade olive oil, wine, and honey.
One of the cultural sightseeing spots in Buljarica is Monastery Gradiste, located up across the highway. The legend says the monastery was built in the eleventh century
