Beaumont Grange Haus

Hi Rosemary, The TV antenna got damaged and as it was a Xmas break, unfortunately I could not get someone to fix it, it has now been replaced and the TV has all the free to air channels. My apologies. The house has two separate cooling systems, a 5kw air con and a central cooling as well. I had someone come out as a result of your feedback to check the system and it is fully operational. I wish you would have contacted me during your stay and would have come over and showed you how to use it. The fridge again if you would have contacted me during your stay, it is fine. The last point you made I think you need to clarify as to where the "owner was waiting for you to leave", it was less traffic as a Xmas break so we got there earlier with the two cleaning ladies, We sat in the car two houses down outside on the street and have not approached the house until you checked out - I am not sure how was this an inconvenience to you. We were not standing in the doorway waiting for you to leave. The only suggestion I can make is next time you stay somewhere please contact the host during your stay if something you believe is not working as most of the time the host can come over and show you how to operate something. As far as cheap appliances, the house has an american Lennox heating and cooling system, air con a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries one, dishwasher is a Samsung - there are not cheap appliances by any standard!!!
