This home is our piece of paradise in a family friendly quiet Mordialloc street. A charming, warm & inviting solid brick pad where you’ll feel at home to
relax & unwind on your coastal stay with your family.
The unit boasts 2 bedrooms (kids in a bunk bed) plus a queen bed for the master off the passage way. A full floor to ceiling tiled bathroom with full deep bath & a separate powder room.
The living & dining room is separate to the kitchen both also off the passage way. The sun drenched kitchen looks out to the elevated deck & you’ll find a hidden laundry area with washing machine & trough as well as pegs to hang washing on the full clothes line next to the deck. Some detergent available for a load. A dryer is wall hung above wm.

We have a preference to rent our home to families as the space & bedrooms are designed for this but the bunks will take adults.
A small pet may be permitted on request. msg regarding type of pet.
