Amazing Beachfront Villa, Aeolian Islands View And Direct Access To The Beach

Our stunning 230m² villa, designed by an architect, is situated on the beautiful Sicilian beach of Mongiove (Patti-Messina). The villa offers an exceptional view of the Aeolian Islands (Vulcano, Stromboli, Lipari, Panarea, Salina, Alicudi, and Filicudi). What makes it unique is its direct access to the beach and sea. From our terrace-garden, you only need to step onto the sand to enjoy the beautiful Sicilian beach.

The 230m² house is spread over three floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, all surrounded by a large terrace-garden filled with plants and flowers, making it the perfect spot for lunch and dinner while watching the summer sunset. The first and second floors, also surrounded by terraces, house the bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with an additional bathroom.

On the first floor, you will find two master bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, as well as a single bedroom. The second floor includes another master bedroom and a room with three single beds, completing the villa.

You will be conveniently located between the two main Sicilian airports: Catania and Palermo, both about an hour and a half drive away. This prime location makes it easy to explore our beautiful island, with destinations such as Taormina, Cefalú, Milazzo, Palermo, Catania, and Siracusa all within easy reach by car. For hiking enthusiasts, the Nebrodi and Madonie mountains, as well as Etna, Europe’s largest volcano (over 3300 meters high), are also nearby.

If you wish to spend a weekend in the charming mountain village of Isnello, we also have some apartments there and can arrange a special offer. Mongiove is a peaceful fishing village where you will find the tranquility and relaxation everyone deserves during a holiday. It is also famous for its "Grotte," small beaches formed among the rocks and reefs of Monte Giove (Mountain of Mongiove), easily accessible with a 5-10 minute walk along the beach.

A few restaurants and bars, as well as a Lido, can be found in Mongiove. However, in just a 5-minute drive, you can reach Patti and Patti Marina, both filled with small bars and restaurants.

The Messina - Palermo highway (Patti exit) provides convenient access to the villa and serves as a great starting point for exploring Sicily. Parking is free throughout Mongiove and is often available right in front of the villa's main entrance. From Patti, daily mini-cruises depart to the Aeolian Islands, perfect for a day trip that allows you to visit multiple islands and enjoy the beauty of the archipelago from the sea. Alternatively, ferries to the islands depart from Milazzo. Patti also has a train station.
