Das "Fireside Treehouse" ist eine Eigenschaft, die vom Dorfplatz entfernt ist, sodass Sie alle Aktivitäten des Dorfes erleben und dennoch zur Ruhe zurückkehren können!

Diese Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2017 mit modernem Design und Annehmlichkeiten neu renoviert und ist jetzt inhabergeführt! Es ist eine riesige 2000 Quadratmeter. ft. triplex ... für bis zu 14 Personen! Perfekt für große Gruppen oder Großfamilien.

Hauptgeschoss verfügt über einen geräumigen und offenen Grundriss - Voll ausgestattete Küche mit brandneuen Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl. ZWEI Esstische. Große Kaminlounge mit 3 Sofas (eines davon ausziehbar) und Großbildfernseher. Vollbad. Großer privater Balkon mit Grill und atemberaubendem Blick auf die schönen Sherwin Mountains.

Das Schlafzimmer in der obersten Etage ist sehr geräumig und privat mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Casablanca-Ventilator und einer fantastischen Aussicht. Das angrenzende Loft / Den verfügt über eine Queensize-Ausziehcouch und einen Fernseher sowie eine Nische für Kinder mit Etagenbetten - das perfekte Arrangement für eine ganze Familie. Alles über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar.

Das Erdgeschoss kann über eine Wendeltreppe oder eine separate Eingangstür (Einheit Nr. 201) betreten werden. Es verfügt über 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer und 2 WCs mit einer gemeinsamen Dusche / Badewanne im "Jack and Jill" -Stil. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten (insgesamt 4 Betten) mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, und das andere ist eine riesige Mater-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, Großbild-TV, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, Kamin und Balkon. Oh und erstaunliche ANSICHTEN!

Das Poolhaus ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und verfügt über den einzigen beheizten Condo-Pool in Mammoth Lakes. Es gibt auch einen Whirlpool und ein Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis und Tischfußball.

Tiefgarage - ist ein Kinderspiel. Beheizte Garage mit 2 ausgewiesenen Plätzen und zusätzlichen Plätzen für Gäste, die nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben werden.

Excellent location, lots of dining/cooking space

Great location near the Village gondola. Kitchen and common area is fantastic with plenty of cooking and dining space for a large group. Would definitely recommend. A little tricky navigating the garage given the exit was closed and figuring out how to find the unit, but not terrible.

Great location and condo!

You can’t beat the location with a very short walk to the gondola and village. The condo was exactly as described and fit our families perfectly. The condo was well stocked and the check in, check out process was smooth. Fireside is our favorite place to stay and we would stay at this condo again. Thank you Samantha!

We enjoyed the location.. could not be better. The disappointment was the indoor pool and hot tub were not operable during our stay. It was a factor in choosing the property.

Hi Teri, The pool was closed...I can't understand why! Hopefully, you understand that the status of the complex's infrastructure is beyond my control. The hot tub has been in nearly continuous operation. And, the pool which had been closed, because amazing quantities of snow compromised the roof, was declared "OPEN" on Dec. 31st. Maybe it was a maintenance issue. I always took great pains to notify guests about the closure at the time of their booking, but in your case it was "open". I'm so sorry. Hopefully you found the skiing was great. And, I'm glad that and my place was otherwise acceptable. Happy New Year, Samantha

Epic location, great for large groups

We had a great 4 night stay here as a group of 12 on a ski trip. Best part was location. We used the village gondola every day and we loved Mammoth Brewing right next door. Note that there are stairs coming up and down the unit and within the unit too. The garage location was great — many different doors to walk through, so read the directions carefully! Building manager allowed us to park 3 cars. And finally, Samantha (host) was responsive and very kind. Would book again!

So convenient!

The location of this property can’t be beat! It is literally steps away from the Village. We traveled with young kids so having the ability to take the gondola to Canyon was a huge plus. Samantha, the host, responded very quickly to any questions, and provided very detailed instructions on where to find everything. Plenty of towels and linens - no need to bring anything. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Dan, the building manager, was also very responsive and helped us find parking for our 3rd car. Would definitely stay here again! Careful of the stairs inside the unit tho!

Location Location Location

We had three families staying here. The first challenge was the parking, but Samantha and Dan, the property manager, promptly responded to resolve our challenges. The location was amazing. It was just steps away from the gondola. We had a few kids, and they enjoyed staying here since they could just come to the condo for a meal. They provided two lockers for skis and snowboards. The place was stocked up with new utencils, cubs, and everything. The linens and towels were clean. Thanks Samantha for letting us staying. We really enjoyed our stay.

Samantha's Condo

Samantha's condo was super convenient for our party of 14. We were in Mammoth to celebrate our twin boys 21st birthday with friends and family. We parked the vehicles in the underground parking garage and walked or used shuttle buses to get to everywhere in Mammoth. Super quick walk to access the village gondola to Canyon Lodge and hit the slopes. Access to the condo was convenient for everyone and they could come and go as they please. Condo was super clean, and kitchen was well stocked for everyday cooking. We had a great time at Night of Lights and celebrated our boys 21st birthday on the slopes and then hit Roberto's for a group dinner. Overall, a great travel experience for our friends and family.

You pay for the location which is great for skiing!

Overall the place was clean and mostly as advertised if you read the fine print about the spiral stairs. You need a picture of said stairs in your listing please. We did love the light and the convenience to the village of course! Unfortunately the parking situation and the non-response from the host was a bummer for the start of our trip. I was grateful the manager of Toomys came out and helped us find an empty spot eventually. Small nit picks but neither the TV in the upstairs or downstairs worked it seems. We couldn't get cable and there didn't seem to be any smart TV option. We expect that now with most homes we rent at this price level! The spiral stairs were indeed tight. Don't underestimate how tight! Made going up to the third floor with peoples bags and luggage quite the adventure so anyone with big bags should plan on staying on the lowest level 2. Lastly the bathrooms were quite beat up. Time for some new faucets and shower heads and fans at least. That would make a big difference for comfort

Dear Daniela, I'm dismayed to learn that my place did not live up to your expectations. However, your tenor is in such stark contrast to the reviews of so many as to be an outlier. My communication was always prompt, save for the last, re parking. Perhaps one space was still occupied when you arrived because I took the trouble to arrange a 3-hour early check-in for you. Though new to Mammoth, you surmised correctly; one does pay a premium for such amazing proximity to the Village and gondola. Most other rentals require guests to coordinate, drive, and then hunt for parking... or take a shuttle bus, which definitely changes the experience. That said, I often check my competitors to ensure that my rate is under market. True, the stairs up to the third floor are tight, as are all stairs in this building. Note that I make this very prominent in my listing description for those who may read it. I renovated the entire interior 5 years ago, and given that it rents perhaps only seventy days a year, wear and tear is hardly an issue. TV: I provide cable TV. Those who prefer their own specific streaming service are free to log in. Though I sincerely hope you did not come to Mammoth to watch TV, but rather skied, rode, laughed, and had a great time. This is a well kept spacious property at the Village area. The twin bunks make it wonderful for two families with young children.

Not what it seems in the pictures

There is a 100% chance you or someone in your party will fall down those spiral stairs. Bathrooms are outdated and old. Toilets leak and overflowed in our 2 night stay. Appliance they provided were broken. Hosts are not nice people.

Dear Leah, I'm so sorry that your first experience with VRBO was not a positive one. I knew that you would have a disappointing experience as you simply refused to read any of the information I provided to help you better find and use my place. The mere fact that your first communication upon arrival was that you were upset to find that my place was a condo and not a "free standing house" (!) made clear a fantastical level of expectation ... "3 floors", "indoor heated pool and spa", "elevator", a "heated garage"... I do wish I owned such a house right on the Village. ;) Of course, my condo is newly renovated...and everything works. BTW, my housekeepers sent many photos to justify charging an extra $200 cleaning fee.

Best Snow Trip Ever

Wonderful rental with all the necessary amenities, and then some. Owner was very responsive and directions were very helpful. Our friends and five children had a trip to remember!

Mammoth Condo

The property and hosts were great. Very attentive to our questions. The location was ideal. Our only hiccup had nothing to do with the owners or the property. We didn't check on whether the gondola that the property was next too was closed. But the drive to the main lodge was close and easy to get to. Plenty of dining options within a quick walk.

Great condo for 2 families!

Perfect condo for a 2 family getaway to Mammoth. We didn't do anything in Mammoth the town itself but had very easy access to all sights around the eastern Sierra we wanted to see. 3-level condo was clearly recently remodeled with nice newer furnishings and kitchen appliances and dishes, etc. Everything felt clean except the railing on the spiral staircase, which is the way to get between the 3 floors. I cleaned it and it was fine after that. Our 5 kids (ages 2-6) did ok on the spiral stairs but we watched them closely. Otherwise, everything else is very kid friendly. Lots of towels, soaps, and spices were provided which was a nice touch. Some group next door was having a party until 4 am which was very loud for the rooms on the shared wall which made the last night kind of miserable for the adults and kids but overall, great stay and would stay again.

Location was amazing. Can walk to the village, restaurants and gondola.

Place was great but we had a few issues. The places sleeps 14 people but they only give you two parking spots and when asked where to park additional cars it cost $37 per night in a parking lot across the street. The downstairs shower never got very hot water and after one shower was ice cold. We ran out of toilet paper after the first night. The fireplace in the living room never turned on even with following the instructions. Other than that the place was in a great location and the beds were very comfortable.

Hi Lauren, Thank you for the positive review! Regarding your "few issues": Not enough hot water......for 13 girls. Not a 4-day supply of toilet paper.....for 13 girls. That's entirely believable! :) My housekeepers do leave 3 back-up rolls per bathroom...that's 9 rolls in reserve. The property description clearly states, "underground parking for 2 cars". ...the rest are up to you. Fireplace was indeed something small. I sure wish you'd contacted me during your stay so I could have helped you. Aside from these small things it seems you had a fantastic time! Samantha

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Location

This condo is outstanding and checked all the boxes for our group. It was well located in the village (walking distance to the slopes), provided covered parking, and had amenities such as a jacuzzi/pool. Samantha the property manager was very responsive and answered all the questions we had, and even provided a starter kit of items in the condo. The showers stayed hot which is sometimes a problem in the mountains, the kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook onsite, and the layout worked out well for our group. Thank you so much for an awesome stay!
