Great Location, Clean and comfortable

Property is in a great location close to Branson. Vacation with my family and the condo was clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of four. We would book again if we are ever back in Branson. Easy check in process. We has a slight hicup with pass to enter property but communication was quick back and quickly resolved before our arrival. I would recomend to family and friends traveling to the area.

Lovely stay

This is our second time at the property. It is at a great location. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning. It was quiet and there was plenty of space for our family. We had one small issue but It was rectified within an hour. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. They provided everything we needed. They had enough dishes to cook full meals. They had extra towels as well. It was nice to have more than one per person. We stayed two years ago and the owner has done a beautiful job updating the home. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Branson.

Lovely fall visit

The description is accurate. Google maps was not sufficient after dark! This is not the fault of the owner the drive has several roadways that intersect. When arriving you will stop at a gate house, ask security for a marked map. Security will be glad to help. We went for a walk after dark and a group of deer visited with us. There is a grocery store close to the property. Thank you for sharing your home.

Cousins get together

Cozy condo, it felt very homey. First day we didn't have hot water being a Sunday we knew it might be hard to find someone but the owner took the time and found a plumber who had to replace the hot water heater. It was fixed by the time we came back from our outing. The plumber and owner were both very nice. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it. The only draw back were the stairs inside and out. Also it is not centrally located to the branson shows so coming back after dark is something to consider.

Needs some work

Condo is overall a nice condo, just need to fix kitchen floor by dishwasher very soft, hair dryer and curling iron kept shorting out, coffee pot leaks and is very slow, linens are very rough could use some fabric softner. Concerned about the key code that it never changes as anyone can just walk right in if they know the code.

A few shortcomings.

There was no tissue paper in one bedroom, partial rolls in the other two, no back up rolls. No coffee, the timer on coffee maker is inoperable. Coffee & TP delivered mid morning the next day. Only two wash cloths in two of the bedrooms, more brought. Need a full size ironing board vs table top, iron was very light weight, hard to use. Should not have to request basic amenities be brought to the condo.
