Das Einfamilienhaus bietet 7.719 m² überdachte Wohnfläche! Diese exklusive Tierra Verde Homefront befindet sich am Ende einer privaten Sackgasse. Auf der Rückseite befindet sich die Bucht von Boca Ciega mit einem außergewöhnlichen Pool und einem Unterhaltungsbereich im Freien. Der Pool ist mit Springbrunnen, Tropen und einem Bootssteg gesäumt. Das Guest Pool House befindet sich in einem separaten Gebäude neben dem Pool und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Blick auf das Wasser vom Bett aus. Die Master Suite im Haupthaus verfügt über einen privaten Eingang und einen Sitzbereich am Pool.

Mit seinen 30 Fuß hohen, weitläufigen Eingangsdecken, Kronleuchtern, formellen und informellen Speisesälen, Kaminen, Büroräumen und einzigartig strukturierten Wänden ist es exquisit. Die offene, geräumige Küche mit begehbarer Speisekammer, 6-Flammen-Gasherd, 3 Backöfen und einem extra großen, doppeltürigen Kühl- / Gefrierschrank ist für alle Räume auf der unteren Ebene offen und ein Genuss für den Koch. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug, der die unteren und oberen Ebenen des Hauses bedient und nach oben zu einem Bürobereich und einem Wohnzimmer mit Aussicht führt. Eine geräumige Waschküche im Obergeschoss bietet Komfort für Gäste, die in einem der 3 privaten Gästezimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad übernachten. Das Master-Ensuite-Bad auf der unteren Ebene bietet auch eine private Waschküche.

Amazing property & property management

What a stay!Brandon and his team came in as our savior when we arrived in St. Petes to a damaged, inhabitable VRBO (listed by a different party) late in the evening. He went above and beyond to get us checked in as quickly as possible so we could enjoy our vacation!The property itself is absolutely incredible! The views are amazing, the street is very quiet, the accommodations are over the top! We enjoyed the long weekend with our family in the pool, the theater room, hanging out around the pool table, and enjoying the hot tub! I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is visiting the area!

This is a beautiful property.

My family stayed at this property to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. Even though it was winter and the weather was on the cool side we never got bored. The game room included activities such as pool table, darts, video game machine plus theater room. My nephew, niece and sister in law enjoyed the kayaks. This is the first time I have stayed in an owner facility. We usually stay in up scaled resorts. This house met all my exceptions for luxury. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this house to anyone that expects all the bells and whistles.

House had several interior repairs underway that were not disclosed during booking. Initial key retrieval and access to the house was messy. Certain areas of the grounds were and exterior of house in poor condition. Upstairs areas not cooling properly...making for uncomfortable sleeping. Nice, but could have been much better given the daily charge.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an amazing vacation home and we had a wonderful time. The house and grounds are incredible. There isn’t a beach in front of the house (nearby), but the waterfront location is great. There is a dock for fishing and kayaking. The sunsets are beautiful. The weather was perfect in May, so we used the outdoor living space our entire stay. The pool and hot tub are a great feature that we also took advantage of. The inside of the house was very beautiful with everything you need to be comfortable. We had trouble with some of the electronics, so a “how-to” book would be useful. Tech Travel did an excellent job of helping find this propriety for us after a house we had originally scheduled became unavailable. Overall, a beautiful house in a beautiful waterfront location. We will plan to rent this property again!

Reviewer Comments: I had a previous relationship with Brandon of Tech Travel, but when he recommended the house and sent a link, I figured that it was too good to be true. It turns out, the beautiful pictures don't do this home justice. It has everything you could want, from swimming/fishing/paddleboarding or kayaking outdoors to playing a game of pool, watching a movie in the theater or just relaxing inside. Watching the sunset from the dock and listening to music from the bar/restaurant nearby is an absolute must.In addition, the house is 10-15 minutes from any kind of food, from the beach and from Ft. DeSoto. We had a few small issues early (figuring out the home theater, pool heat and wifi), but the Tech Travel team was out immediately to help and to teach us how to use everything. When the owner (Brandon) and his right hand person (Vivian) are responding immediately after hours, you know you're working with a great company. I will certainly look to visit this home again and will be using Tech Travel for all of my travel needs in the Tampa/St. Pete area.

Amazing Property!

This house was the perfect vacation home for our active family! Outdoors, the pool and hot tub were fabulous and provided hours of entertainment on hot days. Off the dock, our kids enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We were able to rent a boat, and the convenience of the dock was a huge bonus. The quiet cul-de-sac provided a great open space for riding scooters, throwing frisbee, or tossing a football. The outdoor patio is an adult haven... full bar, outdoor dining table, and inviting seating area complete with tv and fireplace. We spent many hours here drinking coffee in the am by the fire, playing cards and games, and enjoying an evening cocktail watching the sun go down. Inside provided just as much fun! First, there’s TONS of space. Kitchen is huge and has every amenity you need. The downstairs gym provided plenty of equipment for both cardio and strength workouts. The kids had a blast playing pool in the game room, and family movie nights in the media room were a highlight as well. The owners also provide an array of games and board games, which was appreciated. It was obvious they’ve considered the needs of their guests and have gone above and beyond. Inside and out, this property was well- maintained, clean, and up-to-date. Any issues (a couple small ones) were promptly addressed and fixed by the management company, and service workers were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The grounds are immaculate and during our stay, the grass was cut, the pool was cleaned and tested, and landscaping maintained. It’s apparent the owner and managers want their guests to have the best vacation possible, and make it super easy for them to sit back and relax and enjoy their vacation.

Weekend getaway

Beautiful property. Starting to show some age around the pool. Had some sort of leak issue with pool pump while we were there so fountains and filters were inoperable all weekend. Great spot to relax and near lots of dining options. If you want to do any water sports I would recommend bringing equipment if you have it. Had one kayak (broken seat and rudder), one paddle board and no fishing equipment. Would certainly return to this property if in the area.

Lovely property

This is a lovely property, location is good, close to a state park with great beach. We enjoyed the private dock and the kayak and paddle board. House is actually 4 bedroom, with an additional bedroom in the basement and one in the detached pool house, but all have bathrooms. There is a little more technology than what we're used to. Pool and patios were wonderful!
