Great Place!

This unit is just as described in the listing, super clean and very comfortable. This is the 2nd time we stayed in this unit and would come back again! The pool was very clean and overall it was a great stay.

Christmas stay

Community is located in a new development area. Place is very clean, property management very responsive. 30-40 minutes drive to disney and sea world. Enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing stay

The place was exactly as pictured in the listing. The living room area is actually bigger than pictured. The community the property is located in is very well maintained and the property management company was very responsiveness throughout our ~3 week stay. Would recommend for families looking for a relaxing escape. Would also not it is fairly close to the parks (although we didn’t partake in this trip).

House rental excellence!

Home was beautiful just as pictured. The only complaints are WiFi was terrible barely had service. Garbage was taken the day of check out which caused a lot of bugs right outside the door.

Amazing 2 week stay

The property was found as listed. Everything clean and ready to use. The selection of pots and pans could use a little updating but aside from that I have no complaints. All appliances worked as they should have. Property management company was very quick with responses to questions. The grounds were very clean and access to the community areas was a plus! Pretty quiet even with neighbors. I didn't get to use the grill but there was one ready for use. Pool was clean and the pool guy came around a few times to add chemicals. We absolutely loved it and are looking forward to returning.

March 2022 Stay

The house had ample room for 9 adults. The supplies, especially the kitchen, is very lean. Not a lot of cooking tools and the pans were terrible. Family room is very small with no room to seat more than 4 people to watch TV comfortably. Kitchen table was missing a chair. Pool is nice but it was on 100 degrees and couldn't swim in it during the day. Tried contacting management twice about it but they never returned by messages. Finally caught the pool guy towards the end of our stay and he adjusted it. This is a very big complex. Disappointed with location to the club house. You have to drive there. So not convenient. But the club house was nice. A lot of trash around the grounds, in bushes and yards. Needs to be picked up to keep it looking respectable. The complex has a lot of potential.

Needs Alot of Improvement

Gate passes and check in information was provided timely. The home was nicely decorated and beds were clean and comfotable. However, there were several issues when we arrived. The home had a bad smell downstairs (like wet carpet or urine), the AC thermostat was not working, master bathroom floor was not swept or mopped (there were hairs all over the floor). The carpets and especially the throw rug needs a deep cleaning. There were black ants in the downstairs bathroom and foyer area. Also, patio was infested with red ants. Pool was not clean upon our arrival so couldnt be used Friday afternoon. Grill was rusted and had spider webs all over it, and patio lounger chair pads were molded and unusable. QA manager came by and discussed our concerns, which we appreciated. They sent the pool guy to clean the pool on Saturday, but AC maintenence guy didnt arrive to fix the thermostat until Sunday night. We will not rebook this home in the future.

Disney Getaway

First driving up to the location, it was very crowded, people in the area were playing loud music and yelling. Parking was hard to find that was close to our townhome. The inside of the home itself was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as listed with pictures. We had a few minor setbacks in the house such as a towel rack coming down, blinds coming down, and a wobbly chair, but management was willing to send maintenance in to fix everything, but never could coordinate a time. Overall the inside of the home was spacious and was able to accommodate the entire family. I would just suggest a new trash contractor , because trash piled up for about 3 days before being picked up, which led to bags and bags of trash being piled in front of the properties attracting ants and flies.

Yearly Family Vacation

Overall the property was spacious and as described. As mentioned in previous reviews there are still some issues with ants downstairs, the upstairs bathroom still doesn’t drain and light water pressure. However, overall great value for the home.
