Diese Villa ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, einen offenen Wohnbereich, bequeme Sofas und Sitzgelegenheiten sowie einen großen Flachbild-TV. Dank des einfachen Zugangs zur voll ausgestatteten Küche kann diese Villa ihren Platz optimal nutzen. Betreten Sie die hintere Veranda durch die Schiebetüren und genießen Sie die Aussicht auf die malerische Lagune.

Die Master-Suite befindet sich direkt am Haupteingang und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und moderne Möbel, die den Raum abrunden. Das Badezimmer ist über den Flur zugänglich und verfügt über ein Granitwaschbecken und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Mehr als genug Platz für ein Paar.

Dank der zentralen Lage der Mariners Watch Villa ist es ein Kinderspiel, die Annehmlichkeiten der Insel zu genießen. Die 30 Meilen Radwege erstrecken sich bis nach Freshfields Village. Die Grünflächen und Spielplätze des Night Heron Parks sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Kiawah Islands wunderschöner 16 km langer weißer Sandstrand befindet sich auf der anderen Seite des Parkplatzes und auf der Promenade!

This was a great property, ideal for a couple to stay in. Very close to the beach (3 minute walk). Appliances were clean and up to date and having linens/bath towels, and other essentials made trip planning easy. Would stay there again

Awesome vacation getaway

Loved this place! Great view from deck of lagoon and so many different birds. Easy walk to the beach, too. Everything clean and neat. Sweet water properties were amazing with their communication with all of our questions and needs. Have already booked again.

Great location near beach.

This condo is in a great location near the beach and bike trails. Service was very good overall. Washer and dryer were not working—a planned install of new appliances was delayed. Other than this inconvenience, we had a great time.

The property would be fine for a younger couple. The extensive rickety staircase made for a scary excursion each time we went in or out. The unit was clean and comfortable but a bit run down. Neither TV works. Weird that there are 12 plus wine glasses and only 3 drinking glasses

Mid-week Delight

We stayed at this property between weekends visiting with family in Atlanta and Charlotte. We wanted a few days relaxing at a beach location and we got exactly that. The condo was appointed nicely. The kitchen area was more than adequate for eating in. The living area was generous for two persons. The bedroom was large with a king size, comfortable bed.The walk-in shower in the bathroom was generous in size. In short, we found the unit to be exactly as it was represented in the photos. We really enjoyed relaxing in the screened in porch in the morning. The best part was the 2 minute walk to the beach down a paved path just outside the unit. The final approach to the beach was a short boardwalk with shower. We spent most of our days there and were blessed with beautiful weather. We highly recommend this location for a relaxing getaway.

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in this property. The location was perfect for accessing the beach and utilizing the trails. Very quiet and peaceful. Also nice to be on a corner property. There were a few housekeeping items that should be addressed. The filter in the return for the air conditioning had not been replaced and was blocking the AC from working properly. The door had a loose screw that had to be tightened every so often to close the door and none of the lights on the screened porch work. Again, overall, awesome place. Definitely would return and recommend to others

Perfectly situated villa ideal for relaxing.

The condo was ideally located 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from Night Heron Park and the nature center. It was on the end of the row of villas so very quiet.and the view of the lagoon from the lanai. The space was well equipped with beach chairs, towels and kitchenware, though not enough toilet paper for a week’s stay. Also, it would have been nice to have had a few more basic cooking staples like olive oil and tin foil, and washing detergent. Also, the main burner was broken so that made cooking a little challenging - we trust this will soon be replaced. The bathroom shower is quite spacious with good water pressure. The bed was somewhat hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows. There was plenty of drawer and closet space. Also, they had a good vacuum to clean up any sand brought back from the beach. All in all, we would stay here again.

Mariner's Watch - Week at Kiawah

Property was pretty much as advertised. 670 ft2 1 bedroom condo. Walking distance to ocean apprx 5 min. Not directly on ocean or ocean view. Does have a nice view of canals and bike path. Couple of maintanance issues need some attention. Door lock coming apart. Bathroom sink drain does not drain. Requested some draino, but never received. Could use more than one dishwasher pod for a stay longer than a weekend. Otherwise nice corner unit in a quiet area with easy access to beach and bike/walking trails.

Dirty

Got there in the evening and had a difficult time finding the apartment because it had no lights on the outside. The property I was in was dirty. It also needed a new toilet seat, new door lock, cleaned couches, beds and couches are also old. Blanket on the bed had a stain on it. Walls were dirty in bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room area. Stools were too high to eat at the counter, so nowhere to eat at unless you stood. 3 TV remotes for 1 TV, so difficult to know which to use.Didn't even want to be in there, so stayed out as much as possible. Could not hang clothes in the closet as there were fold away beds inside it, so lived out of our suitcases. I had spare sheets with me, and had to put them on the couches to sit on because they were also stained. Honestly the only thing good about this apartment was it was very close to the beach. I waited a year to go on holiday. I was so disappointed. I could have gotten the bathroom seat fixed, but property manager asked if i would be in, and didn't give me a time when they were coming over to fix it. I didn't want to sit in all day waiting. I have pictures of everything, but nowhere on here to post them. I will be emailing sweetgrass with them.
