Das Blue Haven House liegt strategisch günstig an der Südküste entlang des Highway 7, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gegenüber dem berüchtigten Accra Beach (Tiki Bar) und der malerischen South Coast Boardwalk. Alle Annehmlichkeiten wie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Supermärkte und Post sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar Büro, Banken, Arztpraxis, Apotheke, Duty Free Shopping, Restaurants, Bars & Nachtleben. Zu Fuß 👣, mit dem Bus car oder mit dem Auto 🚘, ungefähr 6 km in westlicher Richtung, finden Sie die Hauptstadt Bridgetown. Top notch home away from home

It was 6 of us and we never felt cramped. The home is well built, spacious, and fully equipped. It was immaculately clean upon arrival. It’s situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance from everything. The hosts were lovely.

Fantastic place

This was a superb spacious modern bungalow and spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable & air conditioning in the three bedrooms. It’s also within walking distance to the beach.The owners who live next door are lovely & are very helpful with any queries.I would definitely recommend this place & will definitely be returning with my family.

Wendy and Carey are lovely! They live on the property and are readily available, but if you don't like having the hosts close-by, this would not be ideal for you. AC was paramount and made the nights so comfortable, though if you want it lower than 23C, it seems to be programmed or controlled not to go lower. The facilities are beautiful! Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all modern and comfortable. Towels galore, no need to bring those with you. The only thing to note, bring all your own soaps (including for the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry), paper towel and tissues, AND be prepared to either buy or request more toilet paper from the hosts. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this amazingly located space :)

Carey & Wendy are not only great hosts, but great people. They helped make our stay one of the best trips to Barbados so far. Absolutely perfect house in a perfect location! Extremely clean and fully equipped. Plenty of clean shower and beach towels and access to a washer/drier.Comfortable, quiet and secure, we felt right at home and will definitely be coming back.

Amazing residence and location!

Carey and Wendy are fabulous people to work with. We've never been to Barbados and weren't sure what to expect. They put our minds at ease from the moment we arrived. They gave us info on things to do and places to eat. The house was extremely clean and was a perfect fit for my family. We were 2 minutes away from an amazing beach!! We stayed at Blue Haven House March 8-18 and there were 4 adults. This was the ideal place to stay for our first time visiting Barbados. We did not rent a car as everything you need is within walking distance. The house - it is immaculate, both indoors and outdoors. Carey and Wendy take such great pride in their home and it shows from the moment you open the front gate. We would highly recommend their house when staying near Rockley Beach. Kitchen - fully equipped. We cooked breakfast every day as well as the occassional evening meal.Beds - there are 3 bedrooms. Mattresses are firm. Extra beddng is supplied.Bathrooms - There are 2 and both have double sized tile showers. Lots of towels as well as beach towels. Patio - We got great use out of the covered patio. We enjoyed our early morning coffee and all our meals out there. Again, it's immaculate. Also, every evening after returning from our day at the beach or sightseeing, we would sit out there and enjoy the warm breeze that Barbados provides. Just arrived home to Canada and we are already missing it so much.Hosts - Wendy and Carey are very welcoming and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. They provided us with lots of suggestions. Even though we had just met them, by the time we left they felt like family. Thank you both for everything and helping to make our stay even more enjoyable! Home Away from Home

We've been to Barbados a few times, staying at hotels and guest houses but this time I think we've found the one place that we will always go back to. We like a private and peaceful place where we can cook our own food, that's close to the beach, restaurants and markets. Blue Haven was all of that and more. It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood, in the heart of Oistins, just a few minutes walk from a great beach and very close to popular spots, including St. Lawrence Gap. It was the best of both worlds. The house was clean and modern with high ceilings and lot's of storage space. One could tell that Wendy and Carey paid a lot of attention to detail in designing and maintaining the spacious house, with guests in mind. They were perfect hosts and with their friendly and complementary personalities we quickly became friends. We'll miss their company and delightful conversations over drinks on evenings. Blue Haven is a lot like our own home and was truly a "home away from home" for us!!! We're already planning our next visit and look forward to seeing Wendy, Carey and Buttons again! Thanks a lot guys and see you soon!

Thank you for such a raving review, much appreciated. Although we are so centrally located, (most will say perfectly located), approximately mid way between Bridgetown and Oistins, opposite the famous Accra Beach (also known as Rockley Beach). As our guests has pointed out, we are nestled in the midst of this busy section of the South Coast with everything within a comfortable distance, but when you come 'home', it is peaceful and quiet. We have been operating since 2012, starting with a high standard of service then and endeavor to maintain that standard with every year that passes. We are here to help and assist in any way we can, and feel especially grateful to those who wish to include us in there stay on our beautiful island of Barbados.

Really great place to stay

We stayed for two weeks at Blue Haven and were very satisfied. Carey and Wendy were great hosts, very friendly and accommodating. We had great conversations with them. Buttons their dog is a gem and very friendly too. This spotless house fit our needs completely. It was modern, with the latest amenities and comfortable furniture. The house patio and garden were all well maintained, and we felt very comfortable and safe there. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood which was five minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, bus/taxis. Definitely our preferred place to stay on our trips to Barbados. Thanks Carey and Wendy. You were awesome.

Great stay

We had a great few days at Wendy and Carey's place. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay - washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and gas hob with cooker. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and have air conditioning. Rockley beach is a 3 minute walk, with lots of good restaurants a short walk away so you don't really need a car unless you are exploring the island. The hosts live next door should there be any problems but we had a great visit and would happily stay again.

Beautiful house just the right distance above Accra Beach

Gorgeous, large house beautifully finished with a great front porch for relaxing outside. 3 minute walk to Accra Beach and same to the boardwalk. Carey and Wendy are excellent hosts. This house is super central with all you need in walking distance plus public transit into Bridgetown or along other coastal destinations We are already thinking of returning.

Spacious and clean with every amenity one would wish for in a holiday home.

24 Blue Haven is ideally located for our needs. A short walk to Accra Beach and a nice stroll to Rockley golf club! Local restaurants such as Champers, Mojo and Tapas are walkable and the owners, Wendy and Carey Plant, could not have been more welcoming. We had a lovely, relaxing time and it is a pity we could not have stayed longer.

A clean, roomy, well kept guest house in an ideal location on the south coast, just a 3-5 minute walk from Accra Beach with the Hastings Boardwalk adjoining the beach. Convenience stores, beach bars and restaurants, all within "5" minutes walking. Rent a car to get around to other areas of the island. Its close to major highways or you can just drive along the coast. Thanx very much Carey and Wendy, everything was great.

Perfect house a couple of blocks away from Accra Beach

Wendy and her husband were wonderful hosts!! They are always around in case you have questions. This house was perfect for our family - we were 4 adults and two kids. It was very very clean, and organized. The kitchen was fully equipped. They provided beach towels, and they also had a cooler (unfortunately, we did not realized this until the very last day). Each room had a AC unit, very appreciated. The location was perfect, only 5min walk to a beautiful beach, restaurants, and convenience store. If we go back to Barbados, we will totally stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Barbados!

Blue Haven House and Villa Rentals, 24 Blue Waters, Rockleybeach, Christ Church, Barbados

Stayed at Blue Haven House and Villa rentals for a week in March with my daughter. Our hosts, Carey and Wendy, went over and above any of our expectations to make our stay an amazing one. Our rental unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to do our own cooking. It was in a perfect location.....a residential area 3 minutes from the beautiful Rockley Beach. Close to restaurants and a small mall. A great place to stay. Should we return we will definitely be staying with Wendy and Carey again.

Perfect Location, Clean and Spacious

My husband and I stayed in both the house and the Villa, while the Villa was perfect for a couple it was nice to move in to the house when my mom joined us. Very spacious, with tall ceilings and big bright windows. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals at home, which was nice to do instead of going out every meal. Couch's were comfortable and they have satellite TV for those days when you've have enough sun. Tons of movie channels for down time as well Bedrooms were great, beds and pillow were very comfortable and nice soft sheets! Everything in the house feels fresh and new, it was spotlessly clean as well! Location was unbeatable. You are tucked back in a quite and safe neighborhood but within 3 min walk you could be on the beach. Also within minutes from several restaurants, convenience store, liquor store, bank machine and shopping The owners Wendy, Carey and Buttons were fantastic. They were unbelievably helpful many times. They live on site and are there to answer any questions you have about the accommodation or Barbados. Look forward to coming back and staying again The owners Wendy, Carey and Buttons

Can't wait to return

Blue Haven House is awesome. Immaculately clean and modern feeling. It has all the latest amenities and the location couldn't be better - it is within walking distance of anything you will need - beaches, fast food, fine dining, convenience store. The area is very quiet and in a nice residential area. There was plenty of room for four adults and could have easily accommodated another couple. This a very comfortable property and the owners on site are so helpful. We will definitely be returning!

Great stay!

The house is clean and modern. It has all of the comforts of home in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood. The beach, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. It's a short cab ride to the Gap and Oistins. Carey and Wendy are great hosts, and are next door if you need anything.

House Review

My husband and I stayed in the Villa in July and the house in Nov. We totally enjoyed the house. It was very comfortable close to restaurants, shopping, accura beach, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The best part; the owners are nice, helpful, and know the area well. They helpled us with many aspects of our stay and for that we are grateful. We plan to come back several times next year and already have reservations! Thank you Wendy and Cary!!! Your the best!!!!!
