Pro:Host was very nice and responsive. Camper was clean and nicely decorated. Property was quiet. Outdoor shower was amazing. Plenty of pillows and blankets and towels.Con: camper was very shaky. Could use some tie downs. Bathroom was super tiny so we used the outdoor shower instead. Neighbors were VERY close.

We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Our host was so sweet and answered all of my questions about the area quickly. The RV was clean and organized. The outdoor area was very cozy and welcoming. They have a lovely place and we do plan on staying again.

Nice getaway place

I chose this property because it was close to whitewater amphitheater, an easy Uber/lyft ride to and from the show. Nice cold AC, sleeps plenty, although I was alone, my buddy from Iowa stayed before we went to the show then he headed back to his hotel after dropping me off.

All That I Needed to Feel at Home

I needed a place to stay while attending my grandson's high school graduation. This was convenient and yet gave me my privacy in a pretty country setting. Had all the necessities and the bed was very comfortable. Will probably be staying here again in the future.

Quaint and Cozy

The RV was just perfect! Roomier than I expected, and with cute decor and comfy bedding. The treehouse was very cool; a great place to sit out and enjoy the stars at the end of the day. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Thanks!

A place that I can call a vacation home.

The RV has nice beds, a kitchen, and the manual helped us out navigating our way through the RV. The only thing that I say bothered us was the hot weather temperature outside. Overall, this place is perfect for 2 people to stay. Thank you for your time.

Lovely RV

We stayed here for a bit of an ‘end of summer’ and ‘beat the heat’ combo. We floated the Horseshoe near the Canyon Lake dam and then spent an evening in New Braunfels. This little RV was in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. The AC was awesome (and in our heat right now, we were very grateful). Check in was super easy. The owners provide very detailed directions to their place and made things very easy. We would recommend sa Trying here and have thought of returning again in cooler weather. Thanks for a great stay!

Pricey for what you get. You could stay at a relatively good hotel for the same price and have housekeeping, straighten up your room each day. What I thought was an unusual the host was never available to meet. Photos online look very appealing as usual. This is a very small place. The bathroom is very, very small. If you are a large person, I don't think you could fit in there the location. Is off the beaten path.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We only stayed one night but it was enjoyable. We like quiet and that’s what we got. The rv was on personal property with other homes and rentals but we never heard anything from anyone. It was comfortable. Everything was provided, slept well and enjoyed coffee in the treehouse in the morning. The only issue we had is trying to light the oven. Even following the instructions in the manual, we couldn’t get it to light. However, it was no problem

Did not stay. Wasted money.

We were on motorcycles. Could not safely access the property. Difficult to find. No contact phone number for the host or staff. We did not stay. More detailed and accurate information should be on the wevsite.I will be filing a dispute for the charges with my bank. I do not recommend this facility to anyone!!!

Hi Henry, Thank you for your feedback. We take guest concerns seriously, and we want to clarify a few points regarding your experience. Our property listing includes detailed descriptions about the RV, all of which are available to review before booking. Additionally, our welcome guide provides "Property Contact" information and clear photos of the driveway to assist with arrival. We also provide detailed directions and instructions on how to find our property, which are sent directly to you via the VRBO message thread upon booking. These directions are also clearly listed on our VRBO listing once you book. We’ve hosted many motorcycle riders without any access problems, and we believe this may have been a misunderstanding. If you had difficulty finding the property or accessing it, we would have been more than happy to assist had you reached out. We’re sorry that you chose not to stay, but we feel the information provided on our listing is accurate and transparent. We encourage all future guests to carefully review the descriptions and details prior to booking to ensure the property meets their expectations. Again, we regret that this didn’t work out for you, Henry, and if you ever decide to stay with us in the future, we’d be happy to welcome you back and ensure you have a smooth experience from start to finish. Jennifer

Great easy getaway!

We stayed here because we were going to a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater, and it worked out perfectly! The place is very clean and has everything we needed. We loved enjoying a glass of wine up in the treehouse!

Wonderful property & hosts

Great experience! Christen and Jennifer were very helpful before and during our stay. They provided us with a secure place to store our belongings prior to check in, allowing us to float the nearby Guadalupe River. They provided extra bedding late in the day (as I incorrectly specified the # of guests). The RV has a full size fridge, toilet, and sinks. The bed was super comfy - far better than the one we had the previous 2 nights @ a large nearby resort. The AC worked awesome, even on a hot TX day. The outdoor shower was stellar. Propane grill was new and worked great for us. Very close to the concert venue, floats, etc!
