We’re truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Once we became aware of the tile cracks, we arranged for repairs immediately and the tiles have since been replaced. Fortunately, the cracks were located under the bed and did not present any safety issues. We take pride in being responsible hosts and always strive to provide the best care possible for our guests. For cleaning supplies, we do provide a broom, which is kept on the patio, and we will be adding a mop for those who need it, along with improved lighting to keep the room brighter. Thank you for your review. As listed online, our accommodations offer a private single bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size sofa bed, allowing for comfortable lodging for up to 4 people. We strive to provide accurate information to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience during their stay.

I have been a short term rental host for 5 years and my response rate is 100%. I keep my phone with me 24/7. Krista contacted me the night she checked in and requested cancelation with full refund because she didn't like the color of the grass in front of the patio. She complained that it was not as green as it's in the listing pictures. However the color of the outdoor natural grass changes by seasons & wether and I have no control of that. Base on VRBO policy, Krista was not qualified for refund, but I still went above and beyond to get her refunded excepted the first night.

We take our guests' safety and satisfaction very seriously. However, we did not receive a police report or any contact from the authorities regarding the incident. If the guests had concerns about safety, it’s unclear why they would choose to continue their stay for 5 more weeks after the alleged event. The front door and patio door locks are secure and sturdy. We never share the keypad code with anyone without our guests' permission. Our property has a long history of positive reviews, and we are confident in the security and quality of our accommodations. Unfortunately, the guests left the room in a mess and damaged some furniture. They denied responsibility and instead accused the cleaners of dishonesty, which we find regrettable.

We had some confusion about Sabrina's reservation because she didn't know how to use VRBO platform to get the booking information, nor how to use the VRBO message. But I sorted things out right away and helped her with all of her questions . I thought we had nice conversations. I am really surprised she think that I was clueless and not friendly. Looks like she still doesn't understand how the VRBO app works. So sorry for the misunderstanding. I will explain it better next time. Regarding the linens, I wish the Sabrina contacted me for the issue during her stay. Most of guests don't need extra blanket because they prefer to use the heat to keep them warm. We request our cleaners to provide 4 sets of towels (bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths} for each group of guests and back up blanket for the sofa bed. For future guests, if cleaners didn't provide it or you need extra linens, please contact me during your stay, so I can address the issue immediately. Our cleaners can deliver to you quickly, coz they live in the same building. If you need water, we have ice maker and drinking vending machine in the middle of the building right next to the north entrance. We share the pool with the hotel next door. The water is heated all year long. This is the first complaint I received this year regarding the water temperature.
