Clean, spacious apartment with all amenities one could want. Very comfortable and clean. South facing balcony not only allows for sunshine all day, but also provides gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Very peaceful and serene

Wonderful Stay at Maya Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks at this condo. The location is great in that it is near Old Town, Fashion Square, and hundreds of restaurants. We particularly enjoy the balcony, the pool, and the fitness center. The unit is perfect for a couple...a comfortable king bed, walk-in shower, and functional kitchen. While the unit is older, it has been well maintained and meets all of our needs. We look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful place with terrific location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark’s condo. Communication was excellent. Highlights included the marvelous lanai overlooking the pool, a beautifully decorated & comfortable living area, an updated walk-in shower, a very comfortable king bed, as well as a covered, assigned parking spot. The kitchen is older but very functional. The pool area is lovely & well maintained. The location is terrific being close to Old Town, Fashion Square Mall, Sprouts, & numerous restaurants. We hope to return for another visit in the future. 🤗

Perfect location for Old Town Scottsdale shopping and restaurants!

We loved the location and amenities that this condo has provided for us. Mark was a great host and very accommodating with questions we had before arriving last week. Although it was a fourth floor condo the elevator was just steps away from the unit. Pool was very quiet and well equipped with lounge chairs and tables. We had dinner twice at "Clancy's" across the street and the food and atmosphere was wonderful, it's also a "Nebraska themed bar" so we felt very at home. We will stay here again if available next year for our annual trip to Scottsdale. thanks so much Mark!

Nice, Clean, Good Location

Nice condo in good location. A little older than I had expected, but clean and I felt safe. It was unseasonably warm when we went and the entire complex turns off the AC in mid-November so as to be able to turn on the heat, so it was pretty warm. Mark responded quickly to my concern and graciously offered to have a fan dropped off. Nice pool, but no hot tub (at least not in the closest pool, perhaps in one of the others, which we did not visit). Internet was pretty slow and sometimes went out all together, but cell service was good so we were able to use a hotspot with no issue.

Scottsdale Getaway

We had a great time in Scottsdale despite the weather! This condo was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The check in was very easy and keyless entry was a plus, no picking up or dropping off keys. The grounds were beautiful. We unfortunately did not get to enjoy the pool as it rained the 2 days we had for free for pool time! We made the best of it and took a short drive to Sedona to take in the beauty there. It is conveniently located just a 15-25 minute walk from old town Scottsdale and Scottsdale stadium. An a grocery store just a few blocks away. If we come back we will stay here again! Thanks Mark for everything!

Fun in the sun in Scottsdale!

Condo was very nice and well equipped with all the amenities. Great location to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The pool view was great from the Condo patio. Mark was easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had before and during the stay. We will be back for sure!!

Newly remodeled, handsome and comfortable furniture, love the decor. User friendly kitchen with great lighting, ate all our meals for the week in the unit. Sunny and pleasantly decorated balcony. Comfortable mattress, king size bed, walk in closet, cool hangers. Owner is pleasant and attentive to any possible needs. Large and clean pool and large sunbathing area. 10 star.
