Lage, Lage, Lage - zu Fuß zum besten Strand, zum Supermarkt, zu den besten Restaurants und zum weltberühmten Puerto Marina in Benalmadena! Die Nachbarschaft ist flach und eben - kein steiler Hügel hinauf - es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend ohne Verkehr, aber in der Nähe aller Hauptattraktionen, guter Supermärkte, einer langen, schönen Seepromenade und einer exzellenten Auswahl an Restaurants, Pubs und Clubs.

Sie müssen kein Auto mieten, nicht nach dem Parkplatz in der Nähe des Strandes suchen und keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzen, um zu allen interessanten Orten zu gelangen.

Der beheizte Pool ist immer warm.
Der Whirlpool ist groß und sehr angenehm.
Die Küche verfügt über alle erdenklichen Geräte und eine großartige Kaffeemaschine.
Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern.

Vor allem aber kümmern wir uns gut um unsere Gäste, schlagen vor, wo sie einkaufen, wo sie essen, welche Attraktionen sie besuchen möchten und vieles mehr.

Wir liefern alle Bettwäsche, Flüssigseife, Toilettenpapier, Haartrockner, Handtücher, Strandtücher und Bademäntel, Babybetten, Hochstühle.

Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer, Kamin, 2 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück und viele kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße. Viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder am Pool und in unserem Garten.

Von der Dachterrasse und dem Solarium aus können Sie das Panorama der Berge im Norden und den Meerblick im Süden sehen.

Es gibt einen Grill, eine Tischtennisplatte und Schläger, Darts, Badminton, Chromcast - Sie können alles von Ihrem Telefon zum Fernseher streamen, wir haben auch ein Kabel mit englischsprachigen Kanälen, schnelles Glasfaser-Internet, Netflix, WiFi überall.

Top drawer property , location was great, close to the centre but far enough away so as not to be disturbed by the night life. Which was important because we had our grand kids with us ,both of whom enjoyed it thoroughly.

We had a great time at the Villa, the private pool and area was a huge hit with the family. Great location near the promenade restaurants, marina and off course the beach. I could not fault the communication with the host and team.

We were greeted at the villa by Lina who showed us around and explained how everything worked.Alex the host gave great communication before we arrived and we were given some great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit .The Villa was very clean and contained everything you could possibly need with a great pool and surrounding area and a great hot tub.The location was excellent , a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and an excellent bakery which we bought fresh bread and croissants from every morning.The beach and marina were a short walk which we did easily even with small children .We would highly recommend this Villa for families and adults .Alex and Lina were quick to respond to any queries or questions that we asked.A great holiday and a big thank you from my family.Jeff & family

Family holiday

I came out here with my step daughter, my partner and our parents. We all had an absolutely amazing time ! The pool was a huge hit with everyone, especially my step daughter. The villa was immaculate, check in was easy. The area was perfect for walking to the beach, Marina, bars and restaurants and was only 10 minutes from Malaga airport. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again !

Superb villa in an excellent location. We stayed here for a week, the villa was very clean and well presented. It had everything we needed inside. The villa is a great size and the beds are really comfy. The pool is a great size was heated. We also made use of the large hot tub! The villa is in a great location, central and only a short walk to the beach. Great communication from host before and during our visit. Highly recommended.

Fabulous

The villa provided everything as advertised and was as wonderful as we had hoped. A short walk from a strip of shops, as well as walking distance to the marina with all the restaurants, bars, shops and activities available there. The villa itself was a massive hit for all, especially with our own pool and hot tub available for use, and everything else we could need. The bedrooms were all perfect, clean and comfortable. A very happy stay!

Needs a little upgrading, more expensive than the villa we usually stay in in Benalmadena which has similar facilities and is nearer the beach. Barking dog lives next door which kept people awake.

Why would I dare to give less than 5 stars to this villa? It's hard to fault it and one should have really high demands to need more than this villa offers. I stayed with my family and we had a lot of fun. Thanks to the owner and the property manager for the warm welcome and care. We felt like at home. Everything worked as it should and the property looked better than on the photos.Location is next to everything we needed on vacation, yet it is private, quiet and safe. I wish we could stay more.

Couldnt fault the property .Communication throughout from Alex and Zoriana and professionalism of checkin/out excellent. The pool is a really good size for this type of town villa and suitable size for children and adults.Not baby/toddler proof but our children 5yrs plus spent hours playing safely whilst adults could watch whilst relaxing. The girls ,loved the hot tub. It was extremely hot during our stay and air con throughout all the rooms was a godsend. We tried most of Alex recommended places to visit/shops/restaurant and none disappointed. Can also recommend the pepe lopez tavern Flamenco show 10 mins away in Torremolinos for adults and older children. We took a private boat trip which allowed us to appreciate the beautiful coastline and mountains. Well worth it if there are several sharing.

Amazing Villa

I stayed in amazing Villa Marina Benalmadena with the group of friends. The location is simply perfect, short walk to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and entertainment. The Villa had all the amenities as described. We loved the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers, which were also on the rooftop terrace. There interior is cozy and relaxing, looks like it was recently updated. Furniture and beds were comfortable. All bathrooms were clean. There's a Nespresso machine, big american fridge with the ice and cool water dispenser. We received a warm welcome from Zoriana and lots of useful tips about what to do and where to eat from Alex. They were always in touch on WA and responded immediately to our questions. This was a great experience. We are going to be back, for sure. Thanks

A Fantastic Family Holiday

We were looking for a property to accommodate 6 adults and a child (2 1/2). We wanted to use the property as a base but also spend time relaxing. We found Villa Marina and we were not disappointed. A large property with outside space to chill, either frying in the sun or enjoying the shade. The heated pool and hot tub were used. The pool more than the hot tub. The pool was fantastic even for the child, with adult supervision. The barbecue worked well for alfresco dining. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware for indoor cooking. All bedrooms comfortable and air conditioned. Excellent communication with the host. A minor issue resolved very promptly. The property is only a short walk from the sea front and miles off walking. Many bars and eateries to choose from. Supermarket close by for provisions. A huge thank you to Alex and his team for a very memorable holiday. As a family we have no hesitation in highly recommending Villa Marina. One day we hope to be back. Thank you all.

Great Family Accomodation

The villa is situated ideally-no need for a car-the marina and beach are within walking distance. Alla checked us in with no issues-her partner David did a taxi transfer on our departure which was idea-couldn’t fault either of them.The Villa itself is lovely-very clean and spacious-comfortable.The photos online show the hot tub sunken into the ground-this isn’t the case now as a shaded games area is now there-it was too hot for the hot tub for us anyway.The villa while lovely could do with a bit of tic-we noticed the pool area was worn and could do with a jet wash to clean the tiles and some of the finishes in the patio area needed replacing-My door jammed when l was in the bedroom it and the handle snapped straight off when we tried to get out-The owner was very understanding and it was fixed immediately-communication with the owner was fantastic. Overall the Villa is great and a perfect base for a family holiday with great owners -plenty of sun beds and everything you could possibly need-happy hols .

Our stay in Benalmadena and Villa Marina

To summarize our stay: 1. Premium location - it really is 5 minutes to a grocery store and 10 minutes to the local, beautiful beach where there are many restaurants. 2. Cleanliness - both the villa and the city of Benalmadena are exceptionally clean. 3. Villa space - plenty of large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. There were 8 adults and we never felt that space was an issue. 4. Good size, well maintained pool, hot tub and yard area. 5. Responsiveness of the villa team was excellent! 6. Sufficient kitchen dish ware, cutlery and glassware. On top of the excellent accommodation, the city itself is beautiful with excellent places to eat and drink; great beach and boardwalk, friendly restaurant and retail staff, easy accessibility to rent a car at Rahul's on Antonio Machado Avenida or to book an excursion. It's only a half hour bus ride to Malaga on public transportation for less than 2 euros. Most importantly, all 8 adults felt extremely safe. As a seasoned traveller, I highly recommend the Villa Marina and the city itself as a vacation spot for families and 'adult' only holidays. Best holiday yet and we stayed for 4 weeks.

Fantastic all round

Incredible, beautiful villa. Spotlessly clean, beautiful fresh bed linen, towels and beach towels. Cool, marble floors throughout Living and fully stocked kitchen areas great. Bedrooms all excellent. 2 ground floor bedrooms and the rest on 1st floor with access to wraparound balcony. All en-suite. Outside area exceptional with pool, hot tub, barbecue area, plenty of loungers and outside dining area, table tennis, football game, pretty garden. Also a roof terrace.Turn left outside the front gate and it's a 10 mins walk to marina, beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Alex, the owner, was easy to contact and sent lots of information on places to visit and eat. This must be, without doubt, the best villa we have had the pleasure to stay in. The villa. "manager" (apologies, I've forgotten her name), was lovely; friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I'm not sure if it was in the "small print" but hadn't realised we had to pay 300euro refundable deposit and pay for the electricity: with cash but that wasn't problematic.I would most highly recommend this lovely villa. Ideal for families and the internal staircase is not steep: easy to tackle for older guests and young children.

Sehr gute Villa

Preis Leistung einwandfrei. Die Betten waren richtig gut. Nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Pool gut geheizt und der Whirpool 3 Tage im Dauereinsatz. Die Tische draußen haben wir kaum benutzt und könnten mal getauscht werden. Allerdings wieder Super Dachterasse mit Rundblick. Für unsere Winter Wetter Flucht einfach toll. Wir waren mit 8 Leuten da. Der Kühlschrank war naglneu und riesig Platz. Alles im allem fünf Sterne Wert.

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans la villa, bien équipée, la piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus en cette saison (février). Les enfants en ont bien profité !La maison est spacieuse, de la place pour chacun, et proche de toutes les commodités.Un hôte très réactif en cas de soucis (nous nous sommes enfermés dehors ), nous avons récupére les clés en un temps record, encore merci. Nous recommandons cette location !

Excellent Stay

Lovely property which fulfilled all our needs. Close to some excellent bars and restaurants and 5 minute walk to the beautiful harbour area. Excellent check in and check out process. Property admin and manager very obliging , nothing too much trouble. Book with confidence 10/10.

Magnifique villa

Le séjour était très comfortable, la villa est magnifique, spacieuse et propre. La piscine est incroyable. Tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre. Parfait pour venir en famille ou des amis. Possibilité de venir avec la voiture et la garer sur le territoire privé ou sans voiture, tout est accessible à pied. Vraiment recommandé

la villa est idéalement située pour éviter de prendre la voiture et se trouve à proximité de la marina et des commerces. Possibilité de rentrer la voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété. Great Villa

Just got back from Villa Marina. Had a lovely time. Repeating what has been said on other reviews I can confirm the Villa had everything for a perfect stay, very clean and comfortable. Great pool and pool table ! Excellent location , within walking distance of restaurants , bars and supermarkets. Excellent communication with the host from the minute we booked, thank you Alex. I can highly recommend , we will definitely be back

Villa Marina Benalmadena is a gem, located between 2 dead end streets - no traffic!!! - in the best area 5 minutes walk from the best beach of Benalmadena, Puerto Marina, great restaurants, 5 minutes walk from 2 supermarkets and a nice bakery, Plaza Solymar with all the bars and clubs, there're plenty of tourist attractions around to keep the kids and adults constantly busy. No need to hire cars. You can get around by public bus or a cheap Uber or Bolt. This is the best location in Benalmadena - simple unbeatable.
