• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

Pool cleaning at Solara Resort houses is conducted weekly on Monday, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

• Parking is allotted to each home as their driveway.
• No street parking is allowed.
• There are overflow parking lots throughout the community.
• Buses / RV's / Oversized vehicles and trailers are not allowed.
CLUBHOUSE
• Amenities included: heated pool, splash pad, flow rider, restaurant, tiki bar, business room, living room, sports courts, gym, and yoga lawn.
• The amenity center opens from 8am to 8pm with the exception of the restaurant which opens at 11am.
TRASH
• Trash is picked up daily before 11 pm.
• Trash must be left on the porch in the brown bin or a bench in front of the house. Please lift up the seat and place the garbage bags inside.
• Trash must not be left on the curb, grass, street etc.
• All trash must be bagged, no loose trash will be picked up.
• If you have a lot of garbage to dispose of you can use the community dumpster.
• Make sure your garbage is properly disposed of in 13 Gallon garbage bags.
