Great Condo

This unit was perfect for our family getaway. The complex was very well maintained and quiet. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Walkable to the pier and shops. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

Family Friendly

We had a great stay! The condo was big enough that my family each had their own space, and it gave us the opportunity to cook together in the afternoon. There are 3 pools, small park, and pickle ball courts. We had a minor thing with the condo come up the first night, and the manager on duty was super fast at coming out and checking it over. I loved the communication I received from the property manager. All instructions and emails were clear and concise. I would stay here again.

Home away from home

We travel to St. Simon yearly and we never have a bad experience. The condo was nice and loved how close it was to the pier and our fave restaurant (Mullet Bay). Thank you for the easy self check-in and instructions for the property. The tenants that live their were a wonderful bonus such nice ppl. We heart St. Simon Island 🏝️

Just what we were looking for!

A great stay in a nice condo in one of our favorite complexes! Nicely equipped, though would have been helpful to know there were plenty of beach towels and chairs to use on site. We would have left ours at home. Appreciate that it is pet friendly— but clean. Will rent again!

Quick trip to St Simons

We were only in town for the weekend so this was a good spot for the 5 of us. Very convenient to the pier, shopping and great restaurants. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool or any of the community amenities. They have a coffee maker and a Kurig in the kitchen - it would have nice to have some coffee provided as well - just an extra touch. A nice place!

Located on the first floor, we had to hope for residents on the second floor to be quiet at night. A building constructed in the 80's with limited noise cancellation between ceiling and floor.

Cons: need a bath mat or rug in hall bath; t.v. in main room needs to be larger; dresser in twin room needs upgrading, the drawers are hard to slide and would be a nuisance for renters staying for a longer stay.

The air vents system needs to be cleaned.

My entire family sneezed constantly when we were in the house. I’ve been working in town for last seven months and have never had a problem with allergies until staying in that condo.

I am so sorry that your family had a problem. We were told by several ac companies that the best way to deal with air filters is to buy inexpensive ones and change them out once a month. Emmons Realty has a designated person that changes all of the air filters once a month and writes the date on them. I feel that if it were a problem with the air vents we would have other guests having similar issues. At Emmons Realty, we want all of our guests to be comfortable and have a great time. I wish we would have known and we would have been happy to try and help you. Every reservations gets a phone call from us the day after their arrival, to make sure all is as expected and most importantly, to let them know that we are available, should they need anything. March is when everything new starts to bloom here. Perhaps this was just the start of spring.

I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. I think that maybe you do not know of all of the time, money and energy that has been spent on trying to return your towels to you. The first emails that were sent, did not have the "y' in Emmons Realty, so we did not receive them. When that was cleared up, the owners were there and did not find your towels where you stated they were left. After calling the housekeepers, they had been cleaned and put in a basket with all other beach towels. You sent an email describing all of the towels. The description was incorrect. The third time, I sent my paid employee to unfold and take photos of all of the towels and email the pictures to you, we have finally figured out which towels you left. Because so many guest forget to pack all of their belonging when they leave, we spend many paid man hours emailing, searching, and mailing back items. There is a fee plus mailing fees, that we told you guys we would waive for you. The tax exempt paperwork that was turned in incorrectly filled out and not at the time of the reservation has also cost us a great deal of time. The reason for explaining all of this is to let you know that we are a company that cares about your vacation and we go above and beyond for our guests. We thank you for staying with us. We enjoyed the condo, the community, and the location. Love that it was pet friendly. Area felt safe, even at night walking the dog.Kitchen sink needs replaced or repaired as there is rust on the front of it. There are other small easy to fix repairs that could be done. We stayed here a month, and the closets had a bunch or storage stuff in them like lamps, paint cans, baskets, household decorations, etc. Would have been beneficial to use this storage for our things. There was a snow/ice storm, and we were without power for 12 hours. Management kept us updated during that event. We did enjoy our stay here. Thank you.

Bed and couch were just okay. No recliner or rocker. Master shower spray was not adjustable and was so powerful we couldn’t use it. I was very clean and well equipped.
