Ocean Walk ist eine malerische Wohnanlage in Fuß- und Radnähe zum Village Pier, Geschäften und Restaurants sowie zum Strand. Der sehr große Campus bietet einen parkähnlichen Rahmen mit jahrhundertealten Eichen, die die verschiedenen Gebäude beschatten. Palmen und farbenprächtige Blätter zieren die zwei großen Swimmingpools, von denen einer beheizt ist. Zu den weiteren Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen zählen ein in der Größe geeigneter Ententeich mit Brunnen, ein Fitnesscenter, ein Tennisplatz und ein Kinderspielplatz.

Ocean Walk B-6 ist ein 2-stöckiges Stadthaus mit drei komfortablen Schlafzimmern mit zwei Badezimmern im Obergeschoss und einem Halbbad auf der Hauptwohnebene. Das große Wohnzimmer mit großem Flachbildfernseher und elektrischem Kamin ist das Sammelzentrum des Stadthauses. Es gibt eine Terrasse neben dem Wohnzimmer. Die Küche wurde komplett renoviert, zusammen mit neuen Böden. Komm und bleib bei uns und verliebe dich in St. Simons und Ozeanwanderung. 0. 9 Meilen zum Dorf, Strand und Pier.

Nice Condo and location

Comfortable well equipped condo. Beds are fine. Bathrooms small but functional. Nice kitchen and living room. We have stayed in Ocean Walk on numerous occasions and this was one of the best equipped units we have been in. Ocean Walk is perfect location for biking, close to downtown, and not far from beach.

Fulfilled all our expectations for a relaxing stay!

Great location to the village and beaches. Walking distance to nice playground and pickle ball. Complex had pool, playground, ping pong, duck pond, small gym area, and corn hole. We were told there were no beach towels or beach chairs, but did find some at the house. Comfortable spaces for our family to rest from all the activity. We love SSI and come every year. This was the best place we’ve stayed for the location. Highly recommend!

Great property

This townhouse was amazing! Located right across from the heated pool in the community. There is a dog park very close for those with furry family members. Very clean. My son has dog allergies which can make staying in rentals a problem and he had no issues at all (they have an air ionizer on the central air system). They even mailed us an item we left behind by mistake. If renting in St. Simon look no further.

Unfortunately, the several units we typically stay at were booked. I chose this townhome since newly renovated, looked clean, stocked well. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. Picked up check-in package. Told that maintenance would be by tomorrow morning to fix drain. He showed up and “fixed” the drain. Both tubs never drained properly. Front door would not close. Maintenance did resolve. Unit needs a deep clean. There were parts of the home, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. that have obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. We spent the first several days killing a bunch of bugs in the home. Emailed property management with concerns. No response. Also emailed since pool code was changed (resident advised) and unable to access pool, company advised that I must not have been entering the code correctly. Again, we stay here several times a year. Will not book this home again.
