Der perfekte Rückzugsort am Wasser! Toller Tiefwasserkanal vor dem Homosassa River! 2/2 im Obergeschoss mit Zedernholz Interieur, ein zusätzliches Bett und Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Spielzimmer. Dieses zweigeschossige Pfahlhaus liegt auf einer umzäunten Halbinsel mit 50 'Trex-Dock, nur einen Katzensprung vom Fluss und wenige Minuten vom Golf von Mexiko entfernt. Der Homosassa River beherbergt den Homosassa River State Wildlife Park und Springs, großartige Angelmöglichkeiten und ungezwungenes Essen am Wasser.


Im Obergeschoss 2/2: 2 Teppich Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Betten, jedes mit eigenem gefliesten Badezimmer. Küche Sport eine Insel mit Herd mit Glasplatte und brandneue Geräte, Kochgeschirr, Geschirr und Utensilien. Esszimmer Sitze 6 am Glastisch. Kabel-TV im Wohnzimmer. Beide Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss blicken auf das Wasser.

Spielzimmer im Erdgeschoss und Bett: 1 gefliestes Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit großem Bad und Dusche. Das große Spielzimmer umfasst einen Billardtisch, eine Tischtennisplatte sowie eine an der Wand befestigte Dartscheibe und Kabel-TV. Müde von Hallensport? Very responsive and helpful. Had an issue with sink draining and plumber was sent out in hours. TV in living room has burned in spots.Property in a great location. Dock has power and will take 25ft boat. Caution at low tide entering River. Would definitely rent again.

Spring Break vacation

We loved the location of the house and we were able to keep our boat docked to take out for fishing. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do! Will definitely be back!

Great house with a boat dock!

My wife & I spent 5 days at this lovely place in Homosassa, FL. We were able to launch our 20 ft Bay boat at the nearby public boat launch and park it right behind the house at a private dock. We had easy access to the river and the Gulf for fishing and boating. The house itself is large & roomy (& pet friendly). The town of Homosassa has a lot of good places to eat & drink. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place

This lovely home is in a great location that allows you to take advantage of all that Homosassa has to offer. Great for boating and enjoying the view of the river. Great place and very convenient to everything. Parking can be tight (3 cars and no boat trailer).

Thank you for your review. We like to inform everyone that as most rentals on the water, parking is limited to the driveway and garage. There is a canopy that can be shared with the neighbor if requested. However our neighbor was there the same weekend you were our guests. This is another reason we limit the number of guests, especially if they mention having multiple vehicles.

Excellent, owners cleaned up waterfront property within 2 days after Hurricane Idalia stormed through. Good dock for tie-up of 24' boat. Great scalloping and fishing in Homosassa Bay.

Thank you for sharing your home! Great location for Gulf fishing and scalloping. House is roomy and comfortable. Comfortable beds. I had brought my own microwave cooking bowl, otherwise had to use the dinnerware for that. Nice boat dock. We had a great time!

Month stay

We liked this part of old Homosassa because it was quiet and there were many canals in the river close by as well as great places to eat. We didn’t bring a boat or kayaks, but they would be ideal at this location. There is a nice rec room downstairs for ping-pong and pool and darts. Our host couple was very responsive to a couple of minor needs. The beds were great and we used the charcoal grill frequently.

Pictures doesn’t do the house justice

This home has beautiful cedar wood throughout with cozy furnishings that make you feel right at home . Water views from all the sliding glass doors that are around a major part of the home. Skylights and handmade wall sconces give just the right touches. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen was perfect for our stay . We will be back !
