Ein komplett renoviertes Haus im begehrten Old Homosassa. Fast ein Morgen Eckgrundstück mit Blick auf die riesige Bucht. Dies ist ein großes 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder mit einem zusätzlichen Raum mit Tagesbett. Alle Möbel sind High-End. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen abgeschirmten Lanai-Raum, ein abgeschirmtes Bootshaus mit Reinigungsstation auf der Anlegestelle mit Spüle, EISMASCHINE, Grill und offener Terrasse. Boot binden Bereich. Zusätzlicher Startplatz für Kajaks oder Jet Skies. Dies ist wirklich ein Fischerparadies. RV Pad und Hook-up ist auch verfügbar auf dem Grundstück ohne zusätzliche Kosten. This is a gorgeous home. It was exactly as pictured, and very clean. The waterfront area was beautiful. We enjoyed the sitting areas on the back porch and the screened room off the boathouse. The ice maker was a super plus, saving us some trips to town for ice before we ventured out on our boat for the day. The canal leads right to the river and was only a short ride out to The Gulf. The home is nestled in a nice, quiet little off the beaten path part of Old Homosassa. We had a wonderful stay. Overall, a great find, would definitely book again!

Everything was great overall. The house has very nice furniture, appliances, and everything. Here is some minor information or suggestions:1. Porch door inset glass keeps opening up if the door is shut too hard and it takes a while to figure out the problem and get into a habit of shutting the door easy so glass doesn't open. 2. Fish cleaning station is chained off/restricted. Inside boat house table has a lip and is not good for cleaning fish. Would be nice to have a fish cleaning station for the guests. 3. There is no outside electrical outlet near the carport that I can see for charging golf cart. Again, this is all minor. Overall, this is the nicest and most accommodating place I have ever stayed in Homasassa.

Great experience with the rental.

We've stayed at dozens of properties from the keys to big bend and this was probably the cleanest. We're just disappointed in the scallops being so thin but that's not the fault of the property owner. We plan on returning in the future and this property was very nice indeed.

Upon arrival walking in the door was so great, just as the pictures showed , beautifully open with great space. nicely decorated with lake house accents. The bedrooms were small but the beds were nice. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and at the boat dock. Enjoyed Sunsets, so beautiful!! Very peaceful, enjoyed sitting in the screened in area. Perfect Fishing Get-a-Way

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Extremely clean, well appointed and welled stocked with every tool and pot and pan. We took our mother, 89, and Aunt 93, and the house was flat and so easy for them to get around. They are sisters and loved sitting on the porch visiting while we fished. The ice maker was a luxury to have available. We also chartered Capt Dave and that was fun getting on his boat at the house dock. We have stayed in many different places in Homosassa, this was our favorite.

We saw manatees off the dock! Very cool. The house, boathouse, ice machine, and yard are awesome. Very busy area this time of year on the weekends (May) so if you can stay during the week you might enjoy it most. Several restaurants close by so that is handy-though the kitchen and dining room in the rental is large and well appointed.

Great accommodations, well equipped, very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Loved the screened in porch and dock. Great neighbor Dave was also a fantastic fishing guide. Perfect location just off the Homosassa River and near the gulf. Can’t wait to come back.

We lived in Arizona. I have been coming to Homosassa since 1976. My Aunt and Uncle lived in the area, and my fondest memories as a child were on the Homosassa River. We finally decided to purchase a home where one day we could retire and visit as much as possible.

This property has been completely updated. It has everything to make your fishing trip relaxing and enjoyable. The location is close to all the Hot Spots (Freezer. Shed, Mc Rae's, Old Mill, Publix). Screened in the boathouse with a cleaning station and ice machine—plenty of room to park your boat trailers. You can sit in the screened lanai room and watch the manatees and dolphins.
