Great holiday house

The process from the first enquiry to the end of our holiday was great and easy. The house itself was perfect and had everything that we needed to keep the kids entertained. Definitely recommend for anyone to stay here.

The whole environment was a standout. It's such a relaxing house with everything you need to enjoy a holiday like this. All amenities were great, host was easily contactable if needed, lots of areas in the house to enjoy, lots of books, DVD,s, couches, air-conditioning, extra bedding, kayaks, BBQ's, outdoor furniture. It's truly a place to unwind.

The family had a great time. The view is amazing, particularly at sunset. Close to shops.

The house was clean, great for the needs of our family. The jetty and view are lovely, especially at sunset. We went in winter which was nice, but it would be even better in the warmer months. Thanks for a great stay.

Little Slice of Paradise

Excellent location, right on the water. excellent facilities, dogs had fully enclosed yard and tethers where needed. Family enjoyed kyaking etc, just lovely.

Wow what a great holiday destination, will be returning for sure!!

The house is amazing and the contact between owner and holiday renter was easy and effortless. The house is amazing and everything is there clean and ready to enjoy your holiday, the kids loved the kayaks and fishing off the jetty in the afternoons, my family and I will be returning for sure, 5 star experience thanks again leisa!!!!!

So relaxing

Our family of 6 stayed over the Easter long weekend and slept, ate, kayaked, fished, kayaked some more, ate whilst looking at the gorgeous view, relaxed some more, played some board games, had many competitive games of pool, checked out the local bakery and Chinese/Thai takeaways, chatted, played some cricket on the grass, kayaked across to the other side of the bay and slept some more. A very much needed break from Sydney and work and was exactly what we all needed to unwind and recharge into the new week. Thanks so much Leisa for a house well equipped with all we needed to do this!

Fantastic location , relaxed holiday but needed a clean before arrival

Fantastic location and such a relaxing week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay after slight hesitation when we first arrived as the house was not as clean as you’d expect when charged a $250 + cleaning fee and we had to do some cleaning before we could settle in. We felt so relaxed in the house and it was the perfect location for our two families . Kayaking on the lake was beautiful and photos of the sunsets were amazing. We hope to return some day but I would highly recommend to stayz and the owner to find another cleaner. All past reviews mention the lack of cleanliness to the place and I have to agree.

Margaret so glad you had such a nice time and liked the house abs facilities ... and so glad you got the chance to see how special the sunsets can be. Sorry about your experience on arrival but yes we have wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and a chance for improvement for a while but ultimately yes we now have a new cleaner and reaffirmed how we expect it to be left so it complements everything rise we’ve done to make guests stay special ... ( and cleaning fee above nightly rate is $150 ....

Beautiful house perfect for families

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this lovely house! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the amazing layout and breathtaking views that surrounded us. The open spaces created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and family bonding.One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to explore the water with the boat and canoes provided. Paddling along the serene surroundings gave us a sense of tranquility and allowed us to fully appreciate the beautiful birds that flitted about — a delightful experience for nature lovers!While the house does show some signs of wear, it was undeniably comfortable and functional. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, especially in the well-equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation a breeze.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend staying at this property. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing retreat, where you can appreciate nature and enjoy quality time with loved ones. We can't wait to return!

Property tired needs some TLC

Amazing view, but that’s about where it ended for us. Driveway was flooded on arrival, two large decks covered in branches, leaves and flowers so I spent 30minutes cleaning the huge lower deck area, chairs and BBQ just so I could start relaxing at the property. Spider webs on the lounges upstairs so didn’t feel like sitting on them. Carpet old and worn. Pool table is great. Jetty is good thou completely covered in bird poo so watch your step. Kitchen and upstairs bathroom clean and organised. $755pn not worth staying at this property. We stayed at a 5 bedroom house with a pool and huge games room just up the road same street that was Absolutely amazing for similar price little back from the water! Fairly disappointing. I wouldn’t stay again

Caroline, very interesting. Absolute waterfront, sleeps 11 people private jetty 5 kayaks plus dingy, new carpet 3 years ago, outdoor decks under trees in shade cleaned 2 days before you arrived … but yes outdoor area that most people realise do end up with leaves that naturally fall from the trees especially if it rains . But so pleased you had an absolute waterfront for 11 guests for nights at such a great price. So pleased at the spectacular sunsets, sailing. Boating, Fishing, swimming, games opportunities and so pleased so many guests over so many years have loved it and return year after year.

Fabulous relaxing getaway
