The place has 2 new bathrooms , new pergola ,, great kitchen , new staircase ( rusty bits?). Its not a house that was built tomorrow but a quite decent one .

Renovations??? With 2 BRAND NEW bathrooms modern kitchen BRAND NEW decking. BRAND NEW tiling at back area of house it needs renovation? I d say you re probably better suited to a $1000 p/n property which is fully renovated for you. Im really not sure why you booked mine ,you should focus on a brand new one next time at double or triple or quadruple the cost. No point booking a property under $500 if you want it brand new.

People like you should b banned from renting any property for making FALSE and MISLEADING allegations. The reviews speak for themselves. If you re angry with life no need to insult others . What you have stated couldn't t be further from the truth. Reviews speak for themselves anyway so all who read yours will know how dishonest you have been. What kind of person lies like this. I have called Stayz and made a complaint about you and they told me it s not the first time they ve had a complain t about you. Maybe you WILL be banned that way you don t damage reviews with are MADE UP in your own mind. How do you sleep at night Mirella?

Hi Jenny the ad clearly states no linen supplied. I asked as a one of if towels could be bought there as I was very unwell to bring them up and if you couldn't t I d get someone to bring them up for me.. Thank you

Reviews are 100 % not tampered thank you very much. I am genuine and am very offended by this. I am not sure why you have chosen to say these things.

I m sorry that felt that way but we discussed all this in private. I explained that unfortunately I had a new cleaner there ,so somethings things are out of ones control. I understand your concerns about the mattress cover but I could not drive from Melb to supply you with a new one . as you dandef while I was at work. You asked me how much I would pay you to wash it and then you responded negitavely.. As for the sheep on the big block of land which is not ours was far away from you as you had no access to tthe backyard and you were residing upstairs . Sorry for your unpleasant experience but at the end of the day it is a 4 star rating. When you kept messaging me over and over yes I did mention you wouldn't get a caravan only because there was an error with the price advertized. for that price after I apologized over and over again. I wish that 1 night stay hadn't occured
