Thanks very much Jill, Yes the interior has been fully renovated including, new pure wool carpets, new plaster, paint, two new bathrooms and granite bench top kitchen. Exterior was freshly painted several years ago but is in need of a new coat of paint which is what we plan to have done this Summer. Including replacing that exterior window sill. Hi Gilliam, we really appreciate nyour feed back, when our local council built the multi million dollar indoor pool just on the other side of the parklands beside Grace's Spa Cottage, they built a new fence between us and the parklands. Just today 12/1/2021 our local builder re fitted the front gates as well as another 2 huge gates which will give your pet dogs the whole back yard right up to the back door. He will pop back next week to fix the windows which were painted and made them difficult to open. I own the furniture shop across the road and so have ordered a new 7 piece extendable dining suite which will cater better for larger groups of people, that should arrive February 2021. Our air conditioning keeps the cottage nice and cool on those hot days, but yes an open window is nice. We also love the huge parkland next door and the heated indoor pool over the back fence as well :)
