Great location. Host communicated well from start to finish. Very nice upgraded room, as pictured. Does mostly overlook downtown area (North Tower) with a slight beach view. Felt safe here. Brought my 2 girls here and we stayed comfortably btw the one bedroom & sofa pull out bed. Kitchen has dishes, cookware, coffee stocked with creamer, salt & pepper for seasonings. Bathroom has a 3-4 towel set and 3 beach towels. We brought our own hygienes. There is one small container of laundry soap & dish soap, 2 hand soaps, we did bring our own of those as well & a pack of TP & PT, we needed more of those for our 5 day stay. Brought our own beach chair & beach supplies. Would stay here again we had a great time!

The condo is beautiful! I wish there had been more amenities. There was a half used travel-sized shampoo and no bar soap. It would have been nice to know in advance that we would need to bring those!

I am sorry if housekeeping left only a half bottle of shampoo, maybe it just wasn't filled all the way. We only supply a starter pack of personal items and they are small. Most guest prefer to bring their own Amenities especially when staying 5 days. On Dec. 8th and also Dec. 11th you were emailed this information I don't know what part of it you didn't understand? Dec 11, 2025 04:03 AM Subject: NO DAILY MAID SERVICE PAPER TOWELS - TOILET PAPER - LAUNDRY SOAP For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper and laundry soap. There is a DG Marlet 2 blocks north of the resort that has groceries. Maybe you would prefer the Hilton next door I believe they have daily maid service and the rate is 3X's or the Hard Rock

This is an very updated unit and we had a great stay. It is in the North Tower and has a side view of the Ocean. I have stayed here many times on the South side and this is by far the nicest unit. The resort lobby is nothing fancy but the pool and lazy river are great. There is a nice coffee/sandwich shop in the resort. If you are a pickleball player the Holly Hills park is top notch. Note that there is not any arrival information provided so make sure you get instructions for the TV and internet before you arrive. There are very few supplies so bring or buy bath supplies and garbage bags etc... There is only very basic and small amount of kitchen dishes/cookware e.g. no cookie sheet or peeler.

My stay was great, check was very convenient and fast and our host approved us early check in cause we arrived 3 hours earlier than expected so after reaching out to our host she approved it and my wife and I are so thankful for her doing that for us, now let get to the go parrt the unit was amazing and very beautiful the bathroom will leave you speechless but not only that the whole unit has been updated and it is beautiful and would love to stay here again very nice people to work with and a lovely unit to rent,so let me thank them again for making my vacation great.

Wonderful place!

We had such a great experience and definitely plan to come back! The condo was everything as described and when we did have a very small issue with the tv, Cindy responded immediately and had it fixed very promptly! Great communication and we couldn’t have had a better experience.

This property is very nice as well as the owners. It has a nice view south, which includes both the ocean and the city. Great view of a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Would strongly recommend.

Beautiful condo on Daytona Beach

What a beautiful condo with a large bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and jacuzzi tub. This suite was the best we have stayed at here in Florida. The suite was also beautifully decorated expressing a modern atmosphere. We also enjoyed the many amenities available to us at the resort such swimming pools, lazy river, beach access, live music. The staff was very friendly and the resort was also very clean.
