Nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum von Ipswich entfernt befindet sich diese voll ausgestattete 2-Zimmer-Wohnung unter den Bäumen auf Rosehill. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Küche, separater Wäsche, 2 große Schlafzimmer 1 x Queen-Size-Bett und 2 x Einzelbetten, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit separater Toilette und eine Sitzecke im Freien, wo Sie die herrliche Brise und Ansichten genießen können. Das Hotel ist ruhig und friedlich. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt Sie zum Queens Park für einen Kaffee oder eine Mahlzeit im Café. Quiet and cosy

A lovely older style apartment that was just perfect for us to come back to after our busy days. The location ensured a quiet retreat, well away from traffic noise. The four night minimum stay makes it difficult for weekend away but if you have time this is a lovely spot.

Highly recommended!!

The apartment we stayed in was really lovely, it had everything that we needed, there were 4 adults, it was very clean, well appointed. Also, a big plus was that it was very quiet, (we are from a rural area, not used to lots of noise) We liked it so much we are planning to stay there again next year!

Tranquil spot in great location

Delightful, comfortable unit so very close to all amenities. Ipswich Nature Centre just minutes' walk away in Queens Park. Easy walking distance to town and local restaurants. Unit bounded by lovely gardens which give a feeling of seclusion even though you're in the heart of it all. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Roz, we really enjoyed our stay :)

Sorry you couldn't navigate the carport we will look into that for you. It's the first time that it has been raised as an issue, however the greeting letter does say you may park anywhere on the 1 1/2 acres of land available. Roz

Disappointed

Photos are from years ago. Dust and dead cockroach under kitchen table. Dark outside garden lights not working as per photo, garden overgrown. The place is grotty, needs to be updated to match photos as that is what we expected.

Jungle

The photos must be 10 years old. To get to the unit through the jungle was dangerous, especially if older. The grounds of the unit was very unkept. Not a place that you could stay and enjoy. We left a day early. The unit was grotty and needed a good clean.

Wendy, sorry you didn't enjoy my property. The garden has flourished over the last few years so will update by photos. Some guests absolutely love the garden and surrounding grass areas I'm pretty sure the paths were clear from the carports to the unit. The unit has been deep cleaned to ensure all future guests are happy.

Pleasantly Surprised and Highly Recommend!!!!

After having booked I then read the last review that was placed on here about unit 2 - my heart sank as I had just received confirmation that that was the unit we had booked. However I would like to say that I found the unit extremely good value for money. It was quite roomy and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Yes the people next door did smoke however we actually had the door open pretty much most of the time we were there and the smoke did not bother us at all and my mother is an asthmatic but was not troubled by it! We will stay here again!! and I would definitely recommend it to anyone as a very good value for money place to stay that is centrally located!

Absolutely Perfect

Perfect little home away from home for our family. Our children had a 4 day netball tournament so we had a very hectic schedule. It was so nice to be able to come home to comfy beds, plenty of room and loads of outdoor area for the children to play,climb the tree and even meet the doggie next door. Our neighbours in the next unit were also playing in the same division at the netball tournament, so we got to make some new friends. We loved having the cafe just around the corner for morning coffees. Great location and so central to everywhere we needed to go. Thank you so much Ros, we didn’t need for anything. We will definitely be rebooking for next years tournament as soon as we find out the dates.

Don’t bother

The place needs a good renovation x decorating the curtains were filthy dirty the gardens looked nothing like the pictures or the accommodation, everywhere needs a good clean one of the curtains in the kitchen was shorter than the other? It was so dark inside with all the trees overhanging we had to have the lights on when we were inside .

Anne travelled from UK and stayed a month in my unit. My first contact with her was to let me know how disappointed she was with the area as she had not researched Ipswich and it's location at all. She had decided it was a boring place with nothing to do and wanted to see me. After a very lengthy chat about Ipswich, Brisbane, The Gold Coast and helping her with how to catch a train and a bus. Not to mention driving her all over Ipswich to help her get her bearings. Anne stayed for a month and at no time mentioned her grievances. Dear reader, rest assured if you choose to book my unit it will be very clean and I will address any concerns that may arise. The photos totally match the property.

Excellent location in Ipswich

Good unit in an excellent location, close to central Ipswich and local shopping centres. We could walk into Ipswich, go to the local eateries and shops and visit the Central attractions. The unit had plenty of room, good WiFi and all you needed for a stay.

Nice place

We couldn't ask for better!

It was amazing! The host provided everything you could possibly need even some canned food for emergency! It was spotlessly clean, the bed was sooo comfortable, the property was set in a nice garden. Handy to a large shopping centre, neighbourhood coffee shop, bakery, Asian food cafe, all within walking distance! We couldn't fault it, we will return!

Great bookabach property

Our Stay at Rosehill Apartments

This was our second stay at Rosehill apartment and both times we have been very pleased with the apartments they are clean, well equipped with great wifi service. The apartments are great value. As our son and his family live in Ipswich we will be hoping to visit regularly so will be continuing to stay at the Rosehill apartments.
