Overlooking the courtyard or the resort grounds, two balconies or patios are furnished with tables and chairs.Harmonizing with the peaceful Sonoran Desert landscape seen outside your private balcony or patio, this is your stylish haven before and after days filled with Scottsdale recreation and relaxation—a two-bedroom villa providing up to 1,290 square feet of intuitively designed living area for accommodating as many as eight adults, while providing convenient features of home. Each villa includes such pampering comforts as gas fireplaces, a whirlpool tub, a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, flat-panel TVs, DVD players, a Bose® AM/FM Wave® radio and a washer and dryer. Inside, gather on either living area’s sofa bed while watching the flat screen TV with a DVD player or listening to the Bose® Wave® stereo. The larger living area is further distinguished by a gas fireplace. Wireless High Speed Internet Access is complimentary.

While one side has a kitchenette, the other has a fully-equipped kitchen with a range and an oven. Both kitchen areas feature a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, countertop appliances, and dinnerware. Two dining areas offer combined seating for eight, and a breakfast bar seats two. In each kitchen area, a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

In the master bedroom, light up the fireplace and relax in the whirlpool tub. Each bedroom features a king-size bed for a good night’s sleep, as well as its own TV. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and dual vanities, and the other bathroom has a combination shower/bathtub.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
