I would like to start by saying a big Thank you Andrea for renting my property and taking good care of it , the home was left clean and we appreciate this very much. I would like to clarify one thing for future renters, the house is completely finished and NOT in renovation mode. I believe this information is misleading. As you can see in the pictures, the basement is not a fully finished basement in terms of suspended ceilings but otherwise this is a fully finished home as other reviews can testify. Also we are exactly 17 min away from Tremblant not to be misled by the 23 min mark indicated in this review.

Jorge, so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the home. The downstairs bedrooms are more of a rustic chalet look but please do not mislead future renters, as these are fully finished rooms with expensive bedding. As for the internet we have the strongest provider for the area considering you are in the wilderness, also a factor was having 10 people download and play movies and videos at the same time may have slowed down the connection. Bathroom doors had been damaged from the previous renter and needed repairs. this is the ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom , doors to the bedroom do close n lock , so privacy could of been kept.

Juan it’s heartbreaking when we get a review like this one. We pour our hearts in preparing our home for our guests. We felt we needed to respond to this review to separate fact from fiction. I personally waited for Juan at check in to walk him around the property and greet him but he only showed up hours later so i showed the first group of guests that arrived . I instructed to specifically add 2 chlorine puck in the skimmer basket of the pool every night. This was not done. I left 6 pucks for the 3 night stay and at checkout we noticed only 2 had been used. We were very disappointed and frustrated because the pool turned green and the next renters couldn’t use it ! As for the sleeping capacity Juan is right we can only sleep 10. We are permitting a maximum of 15 in the house. Also one of the 2 bedrooms downstairs does not have a window this is also true. For ventilation we have an air exchanger with outlets in every room and we explained to the arriving guests it needed to be turned on if they felt that the basement would feel humid. They did not turn it on or call me to tell me it was a problem. Linens are of good quality , towels are of average quality . As for the cleaning this is absolutely ludicrous to say the house was not properly cleaned, i personally supervise the cleaning and never have had a comment like this before . Internet is fine but slower than city connections ( we use satellite internet ) . In the end Juan left me the house in a less than desirable state. Dirty dishes, garbage left behind, wrappers and empty bottles left a little everywhere on the property.
