Perfect for a Girls Trip

This was the perfect house for our girls trip! It was beautiful, clean, laid out well, spacious, and every detail was taken care of. We enjoyed all being together in the comfy living room and spending the evenings outside in the hot tub and on the porch. We loved this house so much!

Teacher Retirement Celebration

We arrived late on Friday evening and were greeted by a coffee cake and tons of extra thoughtful additions to make our stay comfortable and inviting. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing after a hard day shopping and visiting wineries. Thank you for a lovely stay to celebrate our teammate!

Quaint, Clean, Convenient

This house was very spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms for every bed. Bathrooms were stocked with basic shower wash and necessities. The location was a quick 5 minute Uber ride to Main Street. The backyard was full of entertainment for all ages. The lemon cake upon arrival was an added bonus. There is a well stocked kitchen that would meet the needs for any group.

This house is very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans and dinnerware. The backyard so much fun with fire pit, hot tub and sand box for kids. Only thing ghat needs attention is BBQ pit. Not cleaned in a while and causes flames.

This house is AMAZING!!! The pics don’t do it justice!! It had EVERYTHING you could ever need!! Great neighborhood. Quiet and always felt very safe. This is my first time renting from VRBO, didn’t really know what to expect. But I can say it was a great experience! Would love to visit again and stay in this process!! They have set the bar very high!!!

Exceptional property

Wow! This place is amazing. One of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in. Beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy, and kitchen was fully stocked. I think this house is nicer than my own. My only complaint is that it wasn't as close to Main street as I thought (0.7 miles). Although the distance isn't terrible, there aren't really good sidewalks to walk on to get to downtown. But that is more of a Fredricksburg problem than related to the property. I would definitely stay here again and thanks for the cake!

Girls Weekend

Overall great place. A little disappointed in the “walking” distance to Main street. I’ve maker didn’t work from the outside - required to grab ice by hand which isn’t sanitary. The outdoor setup was not at all what we expected. Entering and exiting the house to our vehicles wasn’t convenient. Back gate door was broken. Hot tub was dirty. Everything else was perfect. We had a great time. Thank you for the hospitality.

Girls Birthday Weekend

My friends and I spent four nights here in February. Our group was five people in total. The house was very comfortable. Everyone had their own bed. No sharing required and all of the beds were comfortable. The house was well accommodated with all of the kitchen essentials we needed. We ate out most nights but one night we did eat in. The lemon cake that the owner left was fantastic! We used the hot tub and the fire pit. Both worked well. It was colder when we were there so the hot tub was great. The house was within walking distance to the downtown Main Street area with shopping and restaurants. We walked there almost every day. Overall we were very happy with this rental and immensely enjoyed our time in Fredericksburg.

Girls weekend getaway

The house was beautiful and had no issues until the second night. The air conditioner broke and got up to 78 degrees. Contacted the owner and someone was sent immediately but was told that it would not be able to be fixed and a discount would be applied through Evolve. I never heard back from anyone and attempted to message a week or so afterwards and still no word. It was disappointing because the house was beautiful.

The local property manager did come over right away, but they weren’t able to schedule an A/C tech over the weekend. The homeowner is not sure where the miscommunication may have happened, but they will make things right and compensate you for the inconvenience. Wow! Amazing house in Fredericksburg

From the moment we walked in for our birthday girl's trip to Fredericksburg, we were so impressed with this house. I've stayed in many VRBO's, but the attention to detail, comfort, cleanliness, & communication with Evolve, the property manager, were outstanding. A yummy lemon cake was a nice addition for our birthday girl, & we all loved it at breakfast. Much thought & design went into the remodeling...the photos are very accurate. The kitchen is immaculate & well stocked. The 3 bathrooms had all the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, even Qtips & black makeup towels. The beds were very comfy, & the neighborhood quiet for a good night's rest. Paper products were plentiful. The backyard is amazing, complete with a hot tub & fire pit. We had an issue with the fire pit, & I'm extremely pleased with the quick response by Evolve. They notified the owners, & in a few hours we had a new fire pit that we enjoyed the rest of the trip. You cannot go wrong booking the Huggle House...we certainly will on our next trip to Fredericksburg.

The perfect house for the weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay in Fredericksburg. The house is perfect for a large group and there’s plenty of space and things to do between the common areas and the outside areas! It was quite cold so we only really used the Hot tub. The fire pit in the back is propane and we brought firewood and starter in preparation for starting a fire. So just a heads up on that one! If it’s really cold outside, i’m not sure that small propane fire pit would be enough to keep you warm, but the hot tub was perfect! The kitchen was so large and the host even had a wine bottle for us and snacks. The pantry was packed with extra items we needed for cooking. We didn’t really have too many K cups for coffee, and we didn’t know the fire pit was propane. But, overall the house was so clean, the property manager was very responsive when we couldn’t get in with our code, and the house pretty much had everything we needed. There was also plenty of street parking for everyone to park and 2 cars fit in the driveway as well. I would highly recommend this space again for a larger groups. The 3 bathrooms also made the stay more enjoyable for a larger group as well! I’d love to come back.

We were minutes from shopping and all the Christmas activities, but inside the house it was so quite

Beyond excellent! Every possible detail was taken care of for you down to the Gingerbread house kit that I had not remembered to do.

Adorable home! A lot of room to enjoy your time inside!

Need a bit more lighting in main bath and first bedroom. Also could use some WD40 on doors very squeeky but loved the house in general and the welcome cake was amazing! Would definitely stay here again! So nice!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for Bachelorette Weekend

This house was PERFECT for our bachelorette weekend in Fredericksburg!! We so appreciated have 3 full bathrooms along with the 3 bedrooms...made getting ready so much faster and easier!! House had plenty of space everywhere!! Kitchen/Living space was nice for us to all hang out together. Location was really good too...couldn’t walk to Main Street but we all piled into a van and found parking easily on Main Street. Will definitely book again!!!

2nd time in Fredericksburg

This property is great, the layout of the house is very well thought out. Love the two ensuite rooms with king beds, the third room with two double beds is located straight across from the third bathroom. The house was great for three couples. The only thing lacking was maybe a little more instruction on the TV's, but we figured out one in the living room so all was well. Sitting on the patio was very pleasant. A little breezy for fire pit, but not sure we located any wood just in case. I didn't mind the walk to Main Street but some in the party thought it was too far. I would stay in this house again without question and the cherry on tap was the amazing lemon cake waiting for us - so delicious - and by far a first!

New Year’s rendeveau

Our annual trek to Fredericksburg for New Years this year was all the better for staying at this property. Very nice and accommodating Lemon cake was good too!

Anniversary Weekend

The only thing I can think of saying right now, is that the home was perfect. It definitely surpassed our expectations and those are usually pretty high. I was disappointed with the burn ban in the county, but that had nothing to do with the home itself, we were kind of looking forward to the chilly night around the fire-pit that was provided, but we got over it quickly as well. I do recommend this home to anyone interested. Two thumbs up!!

Love this place!

This was our second stay at this property. It fits us well for a trip to Texas wine country. We love the outdoor fire pit. The house is cozy. In this strange year, we ate at home several times. Whether we prepared something there or brought home takeout, it was perfect. The only thing that would make it better would be a box of tissues, so bring your own!
