Great location, great place

Excellent location two blocks off Main Street in quaint and quiet neighborhood. Great floor plan for three couples or a family. Well organized and completely furnished and love the backyard with fire pit.

The house was great, very welcoming and comfortable. The beds were comfy. The backyard space was amazing and it quickly became our favorite spot. The snacks and bottle of wine was a special touch. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful home in a great location

I booked this house for a girls trip to Fredericksburg and we were not disappointed! The house was in a great location-we easily walked to the main street for shopping and wine tasting rooms. The living space and kitchen could easily fit all 6 of us and had all the comforts of home. Plus the entire house is beautifully decorated. Both nights of our trip, we utilized the awesome backyard and even built a fire in the fire pit one night. I highly recommend staying at this house if you’re visiting Fredericksburg!

Beautiful property!

Absolutely gorgeous house. Cozy, comfortable, clean, well stocked, great neighborhood, beautiful backyard with lots of places to have your coffee in the morning, drinks in the afternoon or a fire in the evenings. The property exceeded our expectations. Walking distance to main downtown area. Quiet quant neighborhood and a host that was available and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend!

Valentine's Weekend in Fredericksburg

I booked this property based on its location and prior reviews. Although I originally planned a weekend with my wife and our three adult daughters, they were unable to attend. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The house was spotless, and so nicely setup for a weekend. There were Valentine's Day decorations throughout, which were a hit for my wife and made the entire weekend very Valentine's Day focused. The backyard and covered porch are wonderful. The location is wonderful. Far enough away from the noisy Main Street, but close enough to walk there. We look forward to returning, hopefully with our daughters the next go round.

Great house, location, and hosts

We use VRBO quite a lot, and I would have to say this house was probably the most well prepared/managed that we have been to. The instructions and communications were very clear/easy and all of the little things that you could need were at the house and easy to find. Not to mention the house is in as good of a location as you can find in Fredericksburg. The layout of the house was perfect, we were able to gather when we wanted to while there was also the opportunity for privacy/quiet space when needed. Great experience and will definitely come here again.

A Fredericksburg Find!!

This pretty stone house looks small from the front, but so much great room to enjoy!! All the rooms are large and accommodating and beautifully decorated. The back deck and yard is excellent and sorry the weather only allowed us one morning enjoying coffee with the quiet view and birdsong. This house is very quiet and all slept well in the comfortable beds. The owners, Karen and John, answered our questions and were very helpful. We would love to return to this beautiful home!!

Fantastic property!

The house is very conveniently located near Main St in Fredricksburg, only 2 blocks away making it a short walk. The home is very well decorated and exceptionally clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with glassware, utensils, etc. There was even bottled water in the fridge! The house has a great back patio with lots of seating options, as well as huge back yard with a fire pit and additional seating. The outside is very quiet and relaxing. There's even a BBQ pit if you wish to grill. Overall we cannot recommend this place enough, the owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again!

We loved this property.

We’ve stayed at many different properties over the years in Fredericksburg, and even stayed at a few more than once. We feel this was the best property rental we’ve experienced in Fredericksburg. We had 3 couples for the weekend, and the bedroom and bathroom accommodations were perfect. There was also a hide a bed in the living room for another couple. The kitchen was spacious and the kitchen table made for a perfect gathering spot as did the living room. The back yard was beautiful; unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy the outdoor space. The property owners were very responsive. We hope to enjoy this property again in the future.
