Sorry about that Candace. We have a bug service come every 3 mo. and it was just about time for them to come. They came early as soon as you notified us. Also, we have roach spray just in case you need it. But we rarely get roaches. They fly in if the sliding doors are left open too. Summertime tends to bring them out more too.

Hi Brent, Sorry to hear. We just did a lot of upgrades to the condo right before Christmas including new paint through-out, new 2nd bedroom set and lamps, New entryway and lanai tiles 24 X 24" tiles and entryway floor mat. New kitchen mat. and towels. and new bathroom carpets and accessories. New granite bathroom counter tops in both bathrooms. Brand new LG wall oven/microwave. Lot's of new amenities, spice rack, new Tommy Beach chairs and umbrellas and new decorative pieces through-out We do not supply snorkel gear. We've tried in the past and people tend to leave it. It's inexpensive to rent. So, as you can see we have done a lot and our prices are great for a 2-BR., 2 Bath, 1200 sq. ft. unit.in a great complex. We have wonderful cleaners that take pride in what they do and make sure it's perfectly clean as well. I don't understand what you mean by the TV (sound is off on current)? Can you let me know? As far as a Keurig coffee maker I have not had any requests and most people like to purchase their own beans, such as Kona Coffee or other Hawaiian beans. We have a bean grinder. If I do get more requests I might consider it next go around. As far as the 3 coffee mugs. I'm sorry about that . We always have at least 5, so will be adding more. If you would have brought that to our attention we would have brought more down to you since we are right up the hill. Our next upgrade, will be to put new hardwood flooring in along with some other new upgrades. I hope you enjoyed yourself on Maui and come back again. Aloha, Elise

Aloha Stephanie, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay on Maui. Re: your comments. I describe everything in the description of the condo for you to have seen. We do supply a teapot. During the day there could be some noise but it is very quiet at night. We compensate in price.Most people are out & about during the day & doesn't bother them. It's sporadic. We supply dish detergent & cutlery for 8. We do not supply baking paper. There are barbecue grills for your use in front of building 4. They have banned them on the lanai's because of the fires. The Lanai is always cleaned before arrival. If the lanai became dirty, (we do get winds),we supply swifters or cleaners can come in if wanted.. We have air-conditioning through-out the condo & a new split system. One in the hallway, right next to the 2nd bedroom that cools the entire condo & in the master-bedroom that has it's own.There are also fans throughout. The condo gets very cold. We supply 5 days of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If you run out , then you need to purchase at the store. We graciously brought down more to you immediately and were avail. for any other needs. We have ordered new black-out window coverings in the master-bedroom. One BR's in Wailea go for the same rate as ours.We are very reasonable. for a 2BR.2BA. You were also given a discount rate for a beautiful 1200 sq. ft. condo in Wailea, in a beautiful complex with great location & pool that was just redone.Hotel rooms alone cost 4X more.Taxes have gone up & is added onto the cost along with VRBO fees.We have no control over this.

I'm sorry Joseph but our cleaner said the condo was left very badly. We go on what she says and she needed to clean an extra hour.

Thank-you for the wonderful review. I'm so sorry re: your incident with the pool/jacuzzi. We would like to look into this further and are concerned about this. There have been no reports or problems before according to the manager. There are no pool attendants for The Palms at Wailea so he's concerned who you contacted. The Outrigger only manages some condo's in the complex and has nothing to do with the pool area. If you could give us some more information it would be appreciated. Did you report this to The Palms Security on duty or to the Outrigger front desk?What time and date did this occur? Can you describe the person who was a pool attendant? If problems like this occur, Security needs to be contacted .Security is on duty 7days a week from 7PM-5AM or contact us. Thank-you for bringing this to our attention.The management will look into this once he has more information.Much Aloha and have a great rest of the year!!

Thanks Beau, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We want to make sure our guests are comfortable. That is our highest concern and being right up the hill we are there for anything that may arise. I'm sorry about the noise factor. They were re-surfacing the other side of the road and it was closed and it created a back up of traffic during that time. Since then the other lanes are now open and it is flowing better and traffic has thinned out and we now have beautiful roads in the resort..We try and give the best rates in the complex and have a comfortable , beautiful decor with 1200 sq. ft. and a wide open floor plan with a very spacious feel to compensate. Our added touches help to bring a sense of a relaxing feel so our guests can unwind and now have to pay an arm and a leg to be in the beautiful resort of Wailea. We do have a portable air-conditioner that we supply to guests who would like air-conditioning through-out so all the windows can be closed and you wouldn't hear anything. It is quiet at night and most guests are out during the day. Thank-you for your great review.

Thanks for your review, Tiffany. We have since updated the lanai furniture. The entire pool and deck area are being totally redone now and will be finished June 9th. So, it should look beautiful!! We constantly do upgrades to the condo and will be doing more to make it comfortable for our guests. We do have extra portable air-conditioners if someone should need it. Because we give such good rates we need to add an extra charge because of the high electricity bills. We try and offer the best rates for Wailea, for a beautiful, 1200 sq. ft. condo..
