Excellent location!

Large, beautiful, clean apartment in the center of Toledo. Walking distance to all the sights. Parking garage easy 3 min walk from the apartment. Communication and greeting from Ana was great.We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was in a great location in the center of the old city. It is quite large with four separate bedrooms, a living/dining room and separate kitchen with dining area. The apartment had double windows throughout which made it very quiet despite being on the main street in the old town. It also had individual air air conditioning units throughout so each room could be kept at the temperature the occupants liked. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Before our arrival, Ana gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. If arriving by train you can take a city bus to the main square (Plaza de Zocodover) and it’s a short flat bag drag to the apartment from there.

However, we want to clarify that our housekeeping team performs thorough inspections before each check-in. We have not found any evidence of what you mention. If you have any concerns, we invite you to contact our customer service team. We are committed to ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests. We would appreciate it if you could reconsider your comment after clearing up any misunderstandings. Clarifying the other situation, say that the 5 beds in the house are "Queen" size and the 2 sofa beds are "King" size. As you know, you arrived to stay and the card you loaded on the platform (VRBO) did not work, in that case we asked you to pay in cash, finally it was your companion who put in his card to make the payment and everything was resolved there.

Large apartment in central Toledo

This apartment is quite large and comfortable. The living room/dining room is spacious and reasonably furnished. The bedrooms are adequate. Although there are 2 bathrooms, the second, smaller bathroom is ensuite with the smallest single bedroom, so it is really not usable by any other person. Thus, a "2 bath apartment" is really only 1 bath plus another rather unusable bath. The apartment is located in the very busy main square, Plaza de Zocodover, which is closed to cars during the day, so one cannot drive directly to the apartment except before 10am on Sunday. Therefore, any visitors must be dropped off in the square and find their way down the street to the apartment. And note that, although there is an elevator, it is for only 1 person at a time and is quite difficult to use since it will not stop at the correct floor if the door is pushed or even if someone leans against the wall of the elevator -- it is like a narrow tube. We ended up taking the 2 flights of stairs up and down, making it difficult with the luggage. The checkin procedure was adequate although the agency representative did not speak English and all communication had to be done by translation on the phone. This apartment is fine for those who will accept these caveats and can make for an enjoyable stay in Toledo.

Thank you for sharing your experience, just to point out, for being more explicit and specific: there are 2 bathrooms, one of which is spacious and can be accessed through a single bedroom, with family or friends, it should not be a problem. The apartment is in the center of the historic center, in the residents' area, access by vehicle is from 7:00 to 11:00, the rest of the hours you can only go to Plaza de Zocodover by car and walk to the apartment 70 meters . The elevator is for 2 people, its security system prevents touching the opening of the doors when it is running and returns the elevator to the lowest floor for safety.

Très bien situé pour le tourisme. Parking à 5 mn à pied. Le seul reproche est le bruit des véhicules le matin. Bien qu’il y a des doubles vitres, dans une des chambres ça m’as réveillé deux jours. Merci pour se séjour.

What a gem in the heart of the city!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Couldn’t have found a better location and a more charming town. This home Was delightful with plenty of room, amenities and air conditioning. It was very quiet and comfortable. Property manager delightful and responsive. Thank you!

Adorable flat in a beautiful city!

We recently did a tour of 6 cities in Spain and this was our favorite flat out of all that we stayed in. Great location, super clean, tasteful decor and lots of room.
