Wir sind nur 4 Minuten von Bournemouth und 6 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt.
Das Boho Beach House bietet Platz für 18 Personen. Zustellbetten können bequem Platz finden. Alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad und wir haben auch ein zusätzliches Duschbad (außer Zimmer 7, die neu eingerichtete Dusche ist gegenüber).

Ich habe dieses wunderschöne Gebäude im Februar 2018 gekauft, in dem mein tolles Team von Arbeitern mit Renovierungsarbeiten begonnen hat, um sich auf die geschäftige Sommersession vorzubereiten. Wir hatten großen Erfolg und die Zimmer können einzeln gebucht werden. Ich sehe und höre jedoch das große Bedürfnis nach Gruppen, die das ganze Haus haben wollen.
Ich habe auf dieser Website ein Angebot für die Vermietung eines ganzen Hauses zu einem reduzierten Preis abgegeben, da die Buchung jedes einzelnen Zimmers weitaus teurer ist.

Wenn Sie daran interessiert sind, das ganze Haus zu buchen, setzen Sie sich bitte mit mir in Verbindung, und wir können die für Sie verfügbaren Optionen besprechen. Vielleicht brauchen Sie nur das halbe Haus. Was auch immer die Anfrage ist, mailen Sie mir und hoffentlich können wir Ihre Anforderungen erfüllen.

Meine Kreation ist ein Zuhause für zu Hause, frisch und sauber und ein ruhiges Haus, um einen großartigen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Wir sind perfekt zu Strand und Stadt gelegen und auch der Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi entfernt.

Very comfortable house for a large group

We were a group of families staying in the Boho Beach House. The bedrooms were all excellent, very comfortable and various configurations of beds that worked out perfectly for us. Living space is a little limited for a large group but we managed to make it work. Convenient location for beach and town. Would recommend and stay again.

Super Family Party Location

We stayed at the Boho Beach House for a major family event. There were 19 of us, and we fitted in comfortably. There were plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate the various groups. The beds were all comfortable.Checkin was smooth and Chanine was always available. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect, and easy walk to the beach and Bournemouth centre. There are pubs and restaurants close at hand.I would be happy to recommend the Boho Beach House to anyone wanting a large space for up to 20 people.

Chanine is the ultimate host. From the very beginning she went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. The house is great for large groups, close to the beach with loads of beds. I'd you need a house for a.large group stop looking and book Boho house!

Fabulous stay

Great house for all things hen do wise (activities), we were able to do cocktail making on the great large table in the kitchen (24 of us), as well as another activity. The house is a great location, just a short walk from the pier, centre and lots of shops, bars etc. Great experience and communication with the host Chanine and her daughter when we were staying there as Chanine was away. Thanks very much everyone in our party had such a great weekend.

Gorgeous and quirky spaces

Property was perfect for our gathering. Decor was fantastic and full of personality. Personalised reception was appreciated. Endless rooms with different combinations of bed to suit everyone. Kitchen table comfortably fitted 12 for dinner. Bathrooms a little basic. Working fireplace was a lovely touch. We had a fantastic celebration and this property was a big part of that.

Hen party

This is a perfect house for a hen weekend. Brilliantly located for the beach and town. Really fun decoration and well kitted out. All the rooms have their own keys which is helpful for a large group and Chanine the host is a gem. So welcoming and she went out of her way to make our stay easy. She was happy to accommodate 2 babies within the hen party and even unpacked our online food delivery in advance of our arrival so there were chilled drinks awaiting us! Would totally recommend.

Bournmouth hen weekend

I was sent email from home away saying checkout was 11.00am . On arrival told it was 11.00am and if we wanted to check out at 11.00 we would have to pay £50 cash . We done this but do not feel we should have . I was happy to pay the £25 for lost key and £8 for 1 broken wine glass . Emailed the property owner and not heard back. Would never return to this property.

Hi Dena, When you booked the list of checkin and out times were sent to you, offering if wanting later, an extra £50 per hour. We did however allow you earlier checkin for 2 hours earlier to decorate at no extra cost. There were 3 new wine glasses broken. We were in contact from the booking as i called you and we maintained contact before the booking and while here. We discussed the broken items and yes VRBO agreed with the charges.

Christmas stay

The house was lovely and we had a great time. The details showed two sitting rooms downstairs but the configuration had changed and we felt that the communal accommodation was really inadequate for 20 guests. We also did not feel that the accommodation was suitable for dogs. There is no garden and it was quite a walk to take the dog for a wee before bedtime with unsavoury characters hanging around on street corners and outside hotels. There was also smashed glass everywhere along the paths. We had to walk the dog in the middle of the road. The location was great for the beach and the town. The rooms were lovely. A few people mentioned that they would have liked a reading lamp. It is a lovely place to stay and Chanine was always very helpful.

Thank you for your feedback, it’s much appreciated. Yes I hear you as quite a few immigrants have arrived into Bournemouth and waiting for homes. But I hope soon this will be resolved. There are very few places who accept dogs and for me, I only have one room for dogs to stay in with their owner. A very beautiful room and my regular guests love room 1. When booking for a large group, if the importance is a dog I recommend guest book a country house if they require land. We are beach and town location so the land isnt there, but the beach is a 4 minute walk. As a large home owner, in honesty. I don’t want dogs in the house, especially winter when it’s wet. Also, we have to be mindful of the clean up for us once a dog has been in the communal areas. We have to spray and lightly clean the carpets hence the dog isn’t allowed free run of the house. We have the lovely decking back garden which dogs can’t go and release themselves. I guess dog owners need to be mindful that there are limited availability and possibly very few homes to accommodate large groups and beach location. Glad you all had a lovely Christmas. Excellent, but...

This is an excellently maintained property that suited our 15 strong family in almost every respect. The online listing does not make clear that there is no lounge at the property. The only communal room is the kitchen diner shown in the photo which is only equipped with wooden benches. To realise this only when we arrived was a disappointment. You have to notice that a lounge is not mentioned on the property description - we didn't notice. The property owner says that there will be a lounge by next year - but at significantly increased prices. Taking multiple cars was also an issue. There is no house car park, very little on street parking so an extra £85 parking fees in a long stay car park 5 minutes walk away. However, we made the best of it celebrating a birthday and an anniversary. There was lots of laughter and fun, good company and good food, so everyone enjoyed it immensely.

A hidden gem!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful large house with my family (24 of us). Perfectly situated just a stone's throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of the town, this accommodation offers the best of both worlds. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the spacious rooms and inviting atmosphere of the guest house. We loved the decor! The rooms are generously sized, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of seaside adventures. The decor perfectly captures the coastal vibe, creating a relaxing ambience that immediately puts you in vacation mode. The proximity to the beach is an absolute dream. I loved being able to wake up, grab a coffee, and take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline within minutes. Equally impressive is the convenience of having the shops just a short walk away. I enjoyed exploring local shops, cafes, and restaurants without ever needing to worry about transportation. The owner, Chanine, was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with recommendations for local attractions in the area. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Nothing was too much trouble for her! Whether you're looking for a peaceful beach getaway or a base to explore the local town, this guest house ticks all the boxes. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning our next visit. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Characterful central house

We loved the house! It was perfect for my friend’s hen do. All the rooms have a bathroom each, the decor is eclectic and bright, and the kitchen has just been beautifully refurbished. Chanine is a great host, too - very communicable & relaxed about check in time when we were delayed in traffic. Would recommend the house to anyone!

I purchased The Boho 5 years ago and loved every minute of renovating this beautiful 9 bedroom house. The house dates back to 1870 and has many original features which we have carefully restored.
The house sleeps 28 guests + we have the Boho flat which sleeps 5 + and just 4 doors up we own the La Di Da hotel, which I purchased and renovated June 2021.
You can book just the Boho here or if you need to accommodate more, do message me and we can put together a good solutions. In total, we can accommodate 60 guests, which is popular for local weddings.

The Boho is just a 4 minute walk to the beach and town, so perfect location. We are the biggest house to accommodate large families and groups so close to the beach and town.
I have hosted guests for many years and I'm passionate about The Boho and updating rooms. Its a huge house and accommodates all very comfortably.
We use Insta as a story board to show our works and I try to keep the page real and to install confidence in my guests. Good vibes only here at the Boho.

If you are organising a birthday celebration or a large family gathering. I make this very simple or you.
Send a Sainsbury food order on the morning of your arrival and we will put away so chilled on arrival. If a hen party, we will allow a few to arrive earlier than checkin to decorate the area before the hen arrives.
We are very unique in our quality of house, distance to the beach and town and most importantly, myself ensuring the house if prepared ready for you.

If you wish for the whole group to arrive earlier or later than stated here, do let me know, we charge £50 per hour and will pull in more housekeepers to prepare the house. Notice to be given for me to organise.
If you would like to order balloons, just let us know what time they arrive and we will put where needed.
We have deals set with a fabulous restaurant close by where all our guests get a good discount on food/drink. Newly renovated and delicious food.
Before you arrive, I will email you the room plans - every room has a bedroom key and also a front door key.
You will communicate with me the owner directly, not an agent by email. Once the booking goes through, I will then call you chat regarding your requirements, so we can ensure all as you expect.
