Manualoha 101 ist ein Erdgeschoss, privat gelegenes Endgerät im Poipu Kai Resorton die Hügel knapp über dem weltberühmten Poipu Beach Park und Brennecke's Beach. Die Premiere Lage macht es einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand Aktivitäten, Tennis, Restaurants und die Kauai Hyatt. Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 5 Personen.

Manualoha bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Ozean und bezaubernde Sonnenuntergänge und einen wunderschönen Pool am Meer und Tennisplätze. Die zweistöckige Einheit hat zwei überdachte Lanai, die Erdgeschoss Lanai öffnet sich zu einem grasbewachsenen Bereich mit einem Spazierweg zum Strand. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze. Es gibt tolle Schnorcheln, Surfen und Parkanlagen sowie den angrenzenden Strand von Brennecke, Poipus erstklassiger Body-Boarding-Strand, alle nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

For the money this place was perfect. The location is literally one of the best on the island. A walk to the best beaches, especially in winter or spring. Sunset views from the condo. We lucked out with this place. We had no idea it is so perfectly located. Literally the best location in the entire complex. Some people have to walk a distance to the pool or the beach. Not us! Right out the door. Unreal. Ac blows cold. Plenty of boogie boards.

The upstairs bedroom with twin beds and a pull out couch in charming.

Very nice condo in great location!

Manualoha never disappoints!

Best location on Kauai, in my opinion! While this is an older complex, the character and location make up for these dated condos. The proximity to the beach, pool, and Kalapaki Joes is the best!

Great time with the family

The condo was in a great location. Right next to the pool, easy parking, short walk to the beach. I wish it would have had central air, especially for the kids upstairs. It could benefit from a little updating but overall, it was great and had what we needed for our vacation.

Amazing location and pool

Manualoha 101 is a great condo with amazing views from the unit and the pool. The unit fit our family of five perfectly and the A/C units were really nice to have. We loved being able to walk out to the beach for the gorgeous sunsets. Mahalo nui!

Best spot in Poipu Kai

Really is the best spot in Poipu Kai with regards to the beach and the pool and the views. With all the air conditioning and fans going and windows open out was a comfortable temperature --the din created by all these appliances could serve as a sound machine.

Vicki and the property manager were excellent. This property was everything we expected in location and proximity. Right next to the pool and a direct path to the ocean. Both of the lanais were excellent- the ground level one was a great spot for the family to hang out while the upper one provided a great view of the ocean and a wonderful place to decompress at night. Parking was always available. The air conditioning kept things at a comfortable temperature.The place was well stocked from the kitchen to a closet filled with activities from boogie boards to beach chairs to anything else that was needed. Thank you for everything provided.The only two notes to keep in mind for this property- the ground floor does have a couple steps in it to get to the living room space. We had someone with mobility difficulties, so we had to work around that. Also, the upstairs beds are rather short. We had two people over 6 foot in those beds, and they were definitely bigger than the beds. Neither of these factors diminished our experience and we would gladly stay here again!!Finally, the passes to the athletic club were so appreciated- thank you for including them.Overall, a fantastic experience and so glad we got the chance to use this as the base for our trip!!

Awesome location for a great condo stay. Next to the pool and very short walk to the beach. Some updates are needed, but when you’re in Hawaii, these things matter very little. We would stay here again. PS: Buy some puzzles, games and videos. It rained for our first three days.

Awesome Stay!

Fun times! What a beautiful location. Our family had a wonderful stay. The unit is steps to the beach. Everything was available—boogie boards, beach chairs, floaty tubes for the pool—and all the kitchen spices/tools you need. We would definitely book here again. (The only slight drawback was the underpowered air conditioning , but we were there during a heat wave.) Thanks for a wonderful stay!
