E komo mai, welcome to Manualoha 801!

This recently remodeled (2024) multi-level 2bd-2ba condo with AC in the living room and both bedrooms is just steps from Poipu Beach. The ground level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, indoor laundry W/D, and guest bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. The spacious living area leads out to an open air lanai and grassy lawn, perfect for a game of cornhole (provided). Access to two shared pools, hot tub, and tennis courts. The primary bedroom with king bed is upstairs, opens up to two lanais, with an office space boasting incredible views. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a separate bathtub. Both bedrooms have a portable AC for your comfort. Cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms is included. A trundle sofa in the living room offers an additional sleeping place (a $50/night additional guest fee is applied for 5th guest).

Nice family stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at Monoaloha. The location was perfect for walking to the beach. The grounds were kept up nice and clean. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We never had to communicate with the office, so that means we had no issues . Definitely would go back.

truly amazing

We absolutely loved our stay in Poipu at Manualoha. The unit was perfect, clean, spacious and close to the pool and beach. It was equipped with everything we needed (and some) - Thank you! Our stay did not disappoint even a little bit (besides having to leave). When we return to Kauai we would absolutely stay at Manualoha! We had such a lovely, breathtaking vacation in Kauai - the islands beauty is truly magical.

Wonderful visit to Poipu Beach!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo at Poipu beach! Just a few minute walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches. So convenient! We rented bikes and rode all around Poipu and Kōloa. Such a fun area! The condo had everything we needed for cooking and for the beach. Very comfortable and clean, and the property managers were very easy to reach if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect location says it all!

We were here for 10 days and enjoyed every minute. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable, quiet with stunning views and a great location near the beach. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Fabulous spot in Kauai!

The home was perfect for our family. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect: It's close to the tennis courts, a 5 min walk to the restaurant nearby, and a 5 min walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches. Other restaurants are within walking distance as well. Being on the ground floor was also nice for the kids so they could run around. We would definitely stay again.

Best decision we made!

We are absolutely over the moon after spending a week here! It truly exceeded our expectations. The location is steps from the beach and the house provides chairs, a wagon, cooler, etc to make for easy beach days! We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Kauai.
