Wonderful Charming Villa, in the suggestive Ibla countryside, among olive, carob trees, and the characteristic " stone walls". Only a few kilometers from the beaches of Marina di Ragusa (Blue Flag) and Punta Secca (Green Flag). Not far from the magic of historic cities of Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto, Siracusa, ( Unesco heritage ), and the evocative castle of Donnafugata.
The villa, built in 1860, has been recently restored preserving all the original charm of a nineteenth-century villa. Ideal for families and groups of friends, it is the perfect place for those who want a holiday in harmony with nature, in total relax, close to the sea and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto.
The villa consists of seven large rooms of charm, including two luxury suites, a dining room with equipped kitchen, swimming pool with night lighting, large furnished solarium, large green area with BBQ and a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with the sea on the horizon.
All rooms overlook the “baglio” and are equipped with every comfort: charming furnishings, TV, air conditioning hot / cold, safe, minibar, some even have a small kitchen inside. There are a total of 16 beds available.
Only on demand (Extra cost) is also possible to book another large apartment in ancient Sicilian style (another two beds in a double room).

ROOM NUMBER 7:
Double Luxury Suite in classic Sicilian style and modern industrial style with sea view on the horizon (mezzanine):
a) Ground floor: 1 double bed + 1 bathroom with shower;
b) Mezzanine: 1 double bed + 1 bathroom with shower;
The room is communicating: recommended for a family (see photo).

LUNCH ROOM & KITCHEN: room equipped with household appliances (fridge and freezer, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, etc.)
Also inside the laundry room with washing machine.
The panoramic terrace: placed above the baglio, dominates the whole structure with a breathtaking view. At sunset it is the ideal place for an aperitif, to enjoy the view of the countryside with the sea on the horizon.

The pool ( 13 mt X 5 mt X 1,40 mt ) with a large veranda-solarium, ideal for relaxing moments. Shower area with bathroom and barbecue area.
