The property was exactly as described! Great views of the sunrise and sunset and directly across the street from the beach! The condo was spacious and well maintained. Being able to see the fire works from the beach was a plus!

Great location! Very clean and nice inside. Yet ran out of toilet paper, only one extra trash bag that was too large of a size to go down trash shoot, and pans definitely need replaced. Owner responded quickly which was nice.

Wonderful property, location, and amenities. Hosts communicated well. Check In and Out was smooth. Beach chair / umbrella service was excellent (Bret is The Man!). We also used the spa in the building for massages (10 / 10 experience). Only minor flaw was there was no shampoo (probably should have noticed that in the Guide) but everything else was perfect. We'd happily stay there again!!

We stayed here in June 2026 with our family & had the greatest time. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need besides a pizza pan to cook if you like. The only thing I noticed is that when we turned the thermostat down to cool the place off, it would be somehow turned back up to 75 after a few hours, so I didn’t like that. It seemed like it was being controlled through somebody else. That was ok though, we still had a great time! The pool was great too.

We had a great stay but since others might have different needs and expectations, here are some things that stood out to us:- The building was great but dated, including the bathroom plumbing. So no low flow toilet and the shower faucet required some finesse to get the temperature right.- The beds in the guest room were old-school springy so keep in mind if you need a pillow top or super firm mattress. - The kitchen was very well-appointed with everything you need to cook and serve a meal. - There were only two guest elevators, so during busy times of day - like in the morning when everyone is either checking out or going to the beach - it make take a while for one that isn’t already full to stop at your floor. -The location is right on the beach in an area with lots of restaurants and bars. Great for proximity to those things, but everyone else wants to get to them too. So lots of traffic - cars, golf carts and pedestrians.

Highly recommend this property. This is one of few condos that has been maintained properly, nice bath towels (not the cheap white ones), kitchen well stocked with everything you need (even spices) and the ocean view was amazing! The check in-out process was so easy. I definitely will be back next year!

Miramar get away.

Another couple went with us to Miramar beach to get some much needed time away and have some beach time. We really enjoyed our time there and the process from arrival to departure was easy and very enjoyable.

We have been visiting the Destin area for over 20 years and Surfside has always been our favorite place to stay. It is only a few steps from the beach, close to shopping, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and activities. The resort has always been kept in pristine condition and is a family friendly vacation destination.

Our condo is a warm, inviting beach resort. The condo has a spacious living area for guests to gather watch TV, play games, and just spend time together. The building has interior, air conditioned hallways, a wonderful restaurant, on-site spa, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, large pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and covered parking. Surfside is so conveniently located to all the activities that Destin has to offer, even offering a private beach just steps outside the door.
