Kürzlich renovierte zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Meerblick Key Colony Beach Condo. Entspannen und sonnen Sie sich am Pool, direkt am Meer oder unter den schattigen Palmen. Spazierengehen, Laufen, Radfahren entlang der Fahrradwege, ein Golfplatz, Gurke Ball und Tennisplätze, Kajaks und Paddel-Boards sind zu mieten. Am Abend können Sie grillen Ihren frischen Fang unter dem glitzernden Sternenhimmel von der Tiki-Hütte oder machen Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Sunset Beach oder den lokalen Insel Restaurants. Wir können fast garantieren, dass Sie einen Gegenbesuch zu buchen und nicht, dass der Zauber zu Ende!
Sea Isle Eigentumswohnungen bestehen aus drei Gebäuden. Unsere Einheit ist in dem Gebäude direkt am Meer.
Das Wohnzimmer und die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über Flachbildfernseher und Netflix ist im Wohnzimmer verfügbar.
Eine sichere WLAN-Verbindung steht in der Wohnung zur Verfügung (SSID und Kennwort werden bereitgestellt). Offenes WLAN ist auch am Pool und in der Tiki-Hütte verfügbar.
BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Die Vermietung erfolgt von Samstag bis Samstag und ist gemäß KCB-Gesetz auf VIER Personen einschließlich Kleinkinder beschränkt.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed for a week with our 4-year old daughter and everything was amazing. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed and very conveniently located between the pool and ocean. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the Keys!

Would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice and well appointed unit with some updates. It was perfect for our needs & we had a very relaxing week. We had an ocean & pool view from the side balcony of this unit that my daughter enjoyed in the evenings. The unit had many things we hadn't expected, like beach chairs, pool noodles & fans. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed; the only item we couldn't find was a cutting board, but it wasn't a big deal. The grounds were amazing! The private beach area was gorgeous (despite the seaweed). There were plenty of lounge chairs & umbrellas in the lawn overlooking the ocean. We used our own beach chairs on the beach. The pool was refreshing and cleaned daily, with plenty of lounge chairs. There were two grills on property with grill tools available. *Important note: the washer/dryer is not in the unit, but there is one on property. It requires quarters. If the office is open, they have them available. The four of us really enjoyed the complex and our unit. It was a prime location for transporting my daughter to the drop-off location for her Pigeon Key summer camp. The owner was wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond to my messages. Only minor negatives: The water pressure in the ensuite bedroom was very weak, but we managed. Cleaning crew needs to vacuum a bit better around/behind furniture.We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet condo

Small, quiet complex in key colony. Powder sand on the beach, clean quiet pool. Nice grills to prepare lunch or dinner. Some fyi's - no elevators, pool closes at sunset. This complex rents by the week, not necessarily Saturday to Saturday. Owners of this property communicate well and quickly. They unit was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect setting

It was located in a perfect area . A few steps to the ocean and really close to the pool . The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and everything you needed in the kitchen . The grills worked great and gave you a great few of the ocean. The owners were accommodating and they have a great condo . We met a lot of good people in the key colony. We are planning another trip down in the near future.

Beautiful Key Colony Brach!

Loved the unit! Two small issues… tv’s in bedrooms did not work & laundry outside of unit. Those did not detract from location, cleanliness or property. Fantastic beach area as well as outsides grilling & common areas. Well maintained and lots of extras.

Great Experience

My family of four really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back if we visit the keys again. The building is located in between the pool and the ocean, so having quick access to either was nice. The condo was clean and had an ample kitchen for us to have breakfast and the occasional meal. The air conditioning worked great and was a welcome reprieve from the July heat. There is a decent restaurant just a short drive down the road, and plenty of places on Marathon key to visit, grocery shop, and dine out. The central location in the keys was great for exploring the other islands. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for a family getaway

We spent the week before Christmas here and had a great time. The location is quiet but very central to all the Keys, and made for a good home base for day trips in either direction, from Key West to Key Largo. We found the condo to be very comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to both the beach and the pool, and there's a nice view of both from the little balcony off the master bedroom. A great spot to enjoy morning coffee or keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The gas grills and tiki hut were perfect for preparing and enjoying a nice dinner beside the water. It's a short 1 minute walk to Sunset Beach park in the evening to watch the sunset. Ed was very responsive and helpful both before and during the trip. Thanks for a great getaway!

Ocean Breeze

This was our first family trip to Florida with a 12 and 16 year old. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed. The master bedroom has a deck that enjoys a great view of the ocean. We had coffee every morning and enjoyed the view of the water. Every day staff was on property cleaning the pool and maintaining the grounds. We also took advantage of the grills on most nights. Other residents are pleasant and ready to help. Our vacations are important for our family and this was a great memory for us.

Most wonderful condo.

Loved, loved loved it. So close to beach, it was like the beach was our own private beach. Nice not to share with the public. Iguana's lounging in the sun were awesome to see. Beach was great. At times we were the only family on the beach. Condo was super clean and comfy. Beds and sheets were nice and cool - not too hot. Just loved the condo and the location. I assume the pool was nice, we did not go in the pool - we had our own ocean to swim in. Every morning we would take a walk up the beach to collect sea shells. At night we would go to the near by "sunset park" to watch the sun set. OH and we found a coconut, was able to crack it open and have some fresh coconut. The BBQ grill was always clean and easy to use. The grounds keeper was always walking around keeping the community areas nice and tidy. Would love to own a condo here. Highly recommend for those who want a nice relaxing vacation.

wonderful location with private beach and pool for condo tenants

Key Colony is located in a nice family oriented part of the keys - there aren't as many tourists partying, making noise, and being a disruption. So if you're looking for a nice location to relax and be central to everything on the keys - this is the place for you! Many restaurants nearby (some walking distance, many within 5-15 min drive), key west is about an hour drive, and lots of snorkeling and marine animal places to visit within 20 min. The condo was conveniently located in the building between the beach and pool. The condo was well stocked and bathrooms were recently updated; however, the furniture in the living room was outdated and not as comfortable. It was great having two full bathrooms and the balcony off the master bedroom had great view of pool and beach. We loved the pool and private beach - there are lounge chairs and tables next to the beach and the condo also had numerous beach supplies so you don't need to pack them! We stayed early june 2021 and the pool and water were both warm and wonderful! We all got to relax and the beach and pool were never too crowded so you could actually enjoy it! There is also laundry facilities next to the pool (make sure to bring quarters!) and outdoor shuffle board, and covered bbq area with picnic tables available for guests to use. Would definitely recommend to families, couples, and anyone looking for a wonderful vacation to relax and enjoy all that the key's have to offer! Owners and manager provided all details we needed in advance before we arrived so we knew what to expect.

We live in Ohio and started coming to Key Colony Beach in 2009. We rented for two weeks, then three weeks, three weeks again, then six weeks...then we bought!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Marathon is almost dead center in the beautiful Florida Keys, with Key Largo and Key West each about fifty miles in either direction. Marathon has plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Key Colony beach is a secluded island just off of Marathon. Our unit offers a private beach, which is hard to find along the Keys. KCB is peaceful, secluded, and secure. There are good restaurants in KCB if you don't want to leave the island.

Our unit is in the building located right on the beach. If you exit the building in one direction, you step out onto the beach. If you exit the other way, you're at the pool. The Tiki Hut and two large grills are only steps away, too. You can eat at any of a large number of restaurants, you can grill at the Tiki Hut, or you can prepare your meals inside the condo.
