Dieses Haus am Kanal wurde mit einer neuen Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und einem Essbereich auf der Insel aktualisiert. Der offene Grundriss wurde kürzlich mit neuen Fliesenböden, neuen Möbeln und modernisierten Sanitäranlagen renoviert und bietet einen Blick auf einen beheizten Pool, ein Dock und den Kanal, der in den Golf von Mexiko führt.

Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben individuelle Badewannen. Die Master Suite verfügt über einen separaten Eingang zur Terrasse, der den Pool und den Kanal überblickt. The Great Room ist neu eingerichtet und verfügt über einen HD-TV mit Comcast On-Demand sowie ein Unterhaltungssystem mit Surround-Sound. Wireless Internet ist im gesamten Haus (und Poolbereich!)
Das Haus ist 200 Meter von einem der breitesten Punkte des Strandes am Fort Myers Beach. Wenn Sie mit der Outrigger Tiki Hut Bar vertraut sind, befindet sich das Haus direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Estero Boulevards. Die Curlew Street befindet sich zwischen dem Dinner Movie Theater und dem Charley's Boathouse Restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay despite some unseasonably cold weather. House layout was perfect allowing everyone their own space. Shared living areas were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Great washer/dryer laundry area. Pool area is nice, water is heated. Short walk to beach. Sheila responded quickly to questions. Pool and maintenance people responded within a day.

Great place to stay

The property was very nice and well maintained. It was perfect for six adults as we each had our own private bedroom and bath. The location on the south end of the island was very nice. Spend the day at the beach and then come back and enjoy then pool.

Wonderful house and pool!

We all loved this spacious house with the generous amount of towels, kitchenware, comfortable beds and furnishings. The warm pool was wonderful with plenty of pool toys for my grandkid.

Great pool + steps to the beach

We had a great week at fort Myers beach! The house was in great condition, and allowed our family to spread out and have plenty of space. We loved being on the canal and the private pool! The house is only a 5 min walk from a quiet region of the beach. We would stay again!

Beach Vacation - this is the place!

Nice house

Less than a year ago the hurricane hit this area, I was impressed with the condition of the house. This is a wonderful location in an area that will be even better as fort meyers beach comes back from the storm. We enjoyed our visit, and we were a short drive to wherever we wanted to go.

Amazing house!

We had a great time at the house! The house was exactly how it looks in the pictures and described. The location was perfect. Sheila the owner was great in responding to any little issues we had at the house and the property management resolved it next day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fabulous Accommodations!

Birthday getaway!

We loved the house! It was perfect for our 3 couples! The pool was one of the best features! The only slight issue was the fridge. It didn’t really get things really cold but that would not stop us from staying here again. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations. We’ll be back!

Just what we were looking for.

I've been to the Fort Myers Beach area before and this house meet our needs. The open living room, kitchen concept is awesome. Bedrooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. The pool area is really nice, it had a covered area so you could be in the sun or shade. The pier outside we enjoyed fishing and watching the activity from the birds and fish. This house is walking distance to many restaurant and short walk to the beach to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We will definitely stay here again.

House was perfect. FMB is still is disrepair form the Ean hurricane. Expect lots of traffic delays during late afternoon and early evening commutes because of the traffic light and planet hollywood resort that opened at the end of the beach before the bridge.

Great Stay

We just returned from a trip to Ft Myers and really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was big enough for our family of 5 to have our own space. The beach was a short walk and compared to other parts of Ft. Myers, this area of the beach was much quieter and had plenty of space for us to enjoy- plus you didn't have to talk a far distance to access the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that was available for us to utilized throughout out stay. The pool was a great size and had both shade and sun - we enjoyed many afternoons in that backyard space. We would definitely stay here again - Sheila was responsive and easy to work with as well

Family Time

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Must take stairs to get in and out of house including to the pool. Worked well for us. We mentioned a couple maintenance items to the property manager. They took care of our immediate needs right away.

We have an excellent management company, which takes care of any issues in a timely manner. The house is on the second floor, above the garage, which allows for better views of the area.

We have vacationed for years with our family and four children in the area. My husband and I plan to spend our retirement in Fort Myers Beach. We decided to rent it when we realized that we could rent it year-round when we were not vacationing. We love it there and hope you will as well.

We enjoy walking on the beach and boating on the Gulf of Mexico. We can walk to all sorts of dining and entertainment. If we don't want to walk, there's a trolley stop right at the end of our street which runs the distance of the entire island into Fort Myers and Bonita Springs. For baseball fans, the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox have Spring Training facilities just a short drive away.
