We had a very comfortable visit. Lauren and Eva the property management were very helpful.

Property was very well located near all necessities. Home was as described on listing, perfect for large family gatherings. I recommend it to those looking for a clean and practical place to stay.

We stayed in the Villa for a a family’s wedding the Villa was very clean and perfectly situated, there was a lot of ants though and we were all bitten my mosquitoes so investing in some plug ins and spray etc would have been good. The Villa was well equipped with everything we needed, Eva was very helpful and responsive before we arrived thank you

Great villa but read the small print

The villa is incredible (very clean, very spacious and well equipped). The check in process was really smooth and Ewa explained everything in details to us. However, the fact that we had to switch on the alarm and follow a rigorous process every time, took away some of the joy of the experience. The reason for the 4 star rating is because the villa is advertised as having a heated pool but it's you have to read the T&C's to find out that you have to pay a minimum of €350 to be able to have it heated.

Thank you for your review, Karolina! The alarm is actually a wonderful feature which helps us keep our villas safe. It has been installed for our guests security and piece of mind which is our priority. However recommended, it is not mandatory to use, of course. The pool heating fee actually just covers the electricity consumption. It usually needs approx. 3 days of pre-heating, therefore the minimum pool heating fee. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the heated pool for your stay in February, it is a great feature which makes a difference for a winter stay:-) We hope to see you again!

From booking to check out everything was very smooth. Eva was very helpful. We arrived late Saturday but she made sure it was easy to pick up the keys. Very nice service. The house is very nice and had everything we needed.

Family Holiday

We stayed in this house for a week together with the whole family from Sweden (12 people in different ages). The stay was just fantastic, great house with great location. Everything worked out as we have imagined it with the transfer meeting us at the airport, and the host (Eva) meeting us in the house when we have arrived. We only have good things to say and Eva has been great.

En pärla i Puerto Banus

Fin semesterbostad med allt du behöver. Tuffa backar att gå i gjorde att det tog 15-20 minuter från strand och centrum. Några missöden råkade vi ut för. Tidigare gäst hade gjort sönder en av fyra glasrutor i ett bord. När vi blev visade runt vid ankomst hittade vi direkt en glasbit på golvet vilket var tur att vi gjorde då vi reste med flera små barn. Kaffebryggaren fungerade inte, men vi fick en fungerande dagen efter vi påpekade detta. I ett av badrummen fungerade inte varmvattnet som det skulle på grund av något glapp till varmvattenberedaren som vi aldrig fick någon ordning på. Något helt utanför Evas kontroll var att Manuel, från Resturante La Tirana, som skulle komma till oss och laga en middag, aldrig dök upp! Han hörde heller inte av sig till oss förrän Eva efterlyste honom! Så varning utfärdas att boka in honom som kock! Eva och Ali var lätta att ta kontakt med och gjorde sitt bästa för att få oss att trivas, vilket vi trots dessa missöden gjorde, så vi vill tacka för en underbar vecka med barn & barnbarn från 8 månader och uppåt. Amazing Host

Eva and her helper Alicia were a team to make anyone feel welcome in Puerto Banus. The Villa was amazing and in the perfect location for the centre. Everything was so clean and convenient . Can’t wait to book it again for our family. Trust Eva with everything. She won’t let you down. Superb.

Amazing villa, close to everything, very well equipped

We had a great week at the villa, beautiful property with lovely swimming pool and gardens, the kids loved playing football!! Puerto Banus is a ten minute walk so brilliantly located! There were 14 of us and the property was not cramped at all. Communication with Eva was fantastic and we will certainly be returning!!

¡Fantástica villa!

Nuestra experiencia en esta casa fue de lo más agradable y la recomendaríamos a cualquiera que desee pasar unos días en Puerto Banús. Nos reunimos 10 adultos y 4 niños cuatro días para celebrar la Nochevieja y todos disfrutamos de dormitorios en muy buen estado, algunos de ellos en suite, y de unas dependencias comunes muy amplias y con todo tipo de comodidades. La ubicación es estupenda pues Puerto Banús queda a apenas 10 minutos andando y, a pesar a estar cerca de la autovía, por las noches se puede descansar sin problemas debido al buen aislamiento de la casa. Lo mejor de la villa desde mi punto de vista es el jardín que es amplísimo, todo cubierto en cesped, y dispone de una piscina estupenda. En general la casa es muy completa: gran ubicación, bien acondicionada, amplia en todas sus dependencias, con plazas de sobra para aparcar, piscina, impresionante zona verde y con mucha luz. ¡Repetiremos seguro!
