The condo itself had a great view and was very clean, with the exception of the kitchen sink which is grossly stained and should be replaced. The kirchen is minimally furnished. The entry door to the condo looks too dirty to touch - a terrible first impression. We would not rent at Royal Gardens again because of the location and the 2-car passes only with nowhere for an additional car to park.

There should be no linen fee as it has always been included in the cleaning fee according to the Seabreeze brochure!

Jets in jacuzzi would not turn off bc switch was broken. The only good thing was the view and that’s if you could stand the cigarette smoke from your neighbors. The parking garage is a joke. Will not stay here again. The pics on website must be from another hotel.

Location the best

Great location which is number 1 on my list of must haves. Ceiling tiles in community bath need to be replaced as they were peeling and hanging. Jacacuzzi tub would have been nice but jets needed a good cleaning so just used the shower. Now the elevators is a whole different story. They were very slow but they were in the process of getting them repaired. I just told my family that the elevators will teach you patience 😀. Even though a few issues we had a great family vacation and will stay there again.

One of the bathrooms that they called a full, in the shower you were barely able to fit a grown person. The air conditioning system was so loud that it kept us up at night and the outside deck was unkempt with old and dirty chairs and tables. Again, we would never come back to this place and stay there ever!!!
