On top of a hill above the pretty town of Terrasson overlooking the countryside, this modern holiday home is set at the end of a lane surrounded by residential houses. It has large enclosed gardens, and a superb swimming pool with pool house and old tower. If you want to use the airconditioning you pay 100,- euros per week on the spot.

Inside
On one level, it is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, with sliding doors onto a flower filled garden. Large living/dining room with sliding doors to terrace. Modern well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Two double bedrooms of which one has a beautiful shower room. One large bedroom with two single beds for the kids…Extra new and modern bathroom with large corner bath, double basin and shower cubicle. Separate WC. Just an excellent holiday house and very well cared for…

Outside
Around the house is a large lawn with several terraces and ability to play football. The swimming pool of 10 x 5 has a reduced portion of 1.10. On the terrace by the pool is a pool house, where you can sit outside the sun, There is a separate driveway with parking for your car.

Environment
Within a 5 minute drive there is a good selection of restaurants along the Vézère River, 18th-century formal gardens in Eyrignac and a beach on the large lake in Larche. A little further afield is the old town of Sarlat as well as Montignac and the famous painted caves of Lascaux. The large town of Brive is ideal for shopping and has a golf course. Antique fairs can be enjoyed in the little villages, or purchase locally grown produce from nearby farms. This makes the ideal property for visiting Dordogne or just relaxing in the sun.
